My mother has been in Elvy Court for the past 4 1/2 years. The care she receives is first class and even though she is now bed ridden she is really kept clean an has her food served to her and the staff who care for her are lovely. Elvy Court is a first class home always clean and has lots of events for the residents.

I can go in anytime unexpectedly, and my dear mum is always clean, no matter what time, day or night. Thank you to the staff at Elvy Court for making me feel at ease.

My wife is well looked after. Checked regularly, turned throughout the day. Helped with feeding. Washed daily.

I myself feel that my sister in law is always clean as is her bed. She is well cared for by all. Most important to me there ia always a member of staff popping in if you need to speak to someone. My husband and myself both feel so pleased we were able to get her into Elvy Court.

Mum sadly passed away on Christmas Eve after spending three and a half years in Elvy Court. I cannot thank them enough for the loving care she received in that time. They all became part of her family and mine too after spending two or three days a week in there. Thank you all.

Mums on going care is very good and she is very happy at Elvy Court. I cannot fault the staff who show great compassion to mum.

Elvy Court, management and all the staff provide excellent care for my wife who has a complex form of dementia.

My mother-in-law stayed for 2 weeks respite. She settled in really quickly and easily. The staff and management are so friendly. We really were not sure if we were doing the right thing but it definitely was. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again. Thank you so much to all.

My father was admitted to Elvy Court for end-of-life care in May this year. Despite only being there for just over a month, my family and I were very impressed with the kindness and care shown to him, not just by the nursing staff and carers, but also by the front desk team, cleaners and maintenance. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was well cared for. Thank you all.

Although he was only at Elvy Court for a month before he became ill and was admitted to the hospital. My husband was made very comfortable and well cared for. There is a pleasant atmosphere in the care home. My husband died on 20th May.

The staff are incredible. I have nothing but gratitude and love for the staff who care for my mum. However, for the costs involved the staff should be paid more!

Our mother moved into Elvy Court about a month ago and has settled in very nicely. When we visit her each week she is happy and settled. We could not be more impressed with the home the staff are friendly and helpful the home is clean and well maintained. My mum has been dancing, and painting, she had trips out shopping and has been to the pub! We are very relieved and happy that she is at Elvy Court.

My mum sadly passed away on March 22nd but mum had lived in Elvy Court for more than 7 years. The home has been very good to her such, loving care. The whole family appreciate all the care given to mum. There were lots of fun days, activities, and days out such as the classic car festival in Faversham, with staff and families sitting out on the lawn eating fish and chips, it was a brilliant day and the sun shining. Everybody enjoyed it, it was 14th May 2017.

Mum has been at Elvy Court for eighteen months - we cannot thank everyone who looks after her so well enough - the receptionists and nursing and cleaning staff are all friendly and caring.

My brother was fast-tracked to Elvy Court in February of this year as his care needs had changed, it was traumatic for him and for us as a family as he had been at his previous residential home for over 25 years! The team at Elvy Court helped him settle in fast and made him feel welcomed. As a family, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who works there as the level of care that my brother is now receiving is remarkable.

The support from staff is outstanding. There's no doubt they have a lot of compassion for the residents and family in a very good atmosphere.
