Thank you so much for the love and care you all gave my Mum whilst she was living in Hythe View Care Home I would certainly recommend this home as the BEST the love & care you all give the Residence & Family and Friends who visit. Many thanks

As always I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from reception. The staff always very helpful and friendly. They were amazing today. It was my dads birthday and the team decorated the lounge and prepared and dressed a table and organised a birthday meal including a homemade cake for dad and the family. All the staff sang happy birthday and made such lovely memories. I could never recommend this nursing home highly enough. 5 stars!

If you ever need to use a care home for a loved one. This is the best by far, there is so much respect for them and the family I cannot fault them carers are lovely respectful make you feel so welcome and treat loved ones with respect and dignity also listen to how family members like to be treated, and do there utter most to put in place what you ask for and always keep in touch of what is going on with loved ones. Have tried a couple of homes before this one and they never took anything into account also did not listen or respect the residents. Big 10000%

This care home is not just good - no - it is much better than that - it is special, wonderful, excellent, five star! Nothing else to say as I would just repeat the first sentence.

I have visited several care homes and Hythe View ticked all the boxes for my husband. Care is excellent. Feels like an extended family. Most important - If my husband needs ongoing care, I wish him to stay here. I would quite happily live my last years, if needed, in this particular home Hythe View.

My mother is very content at Hythe View. She gets on very well with the carers who are passionate in the role they play in Mum's ongoing wellbeing. Forward planning has also been well managed, regarding her journey with dementia. I've heard positive things from other residents and relatives about the move to fresh cooked meals, I feel far happier knowing Mum is eating fresh vegetables, especially greens and cauliflower. She loves broccoli and cauliflower especially. The activities organised enable me to have real quality time with Mum, I see her fun side and her quick wit. The rooms are spotless, smell fresh.

Overall very happy with the home. The main exception has been the food but noting date written the food has been very good this past week. Good to see fresh fruit being given at tea time. The evening meals still need some improvement but recently the sandwiches have been excellent and well presented. Presentation of food being very important, lunch is much better! Otherwise, I am so pleased my mother is at Hythe View. A very good senior management team!

The home always has a happy atmosphere and the staff work very hard with the residents, especially settling in new residents. The staff are a friendly bunch. The activities are wonderful, something for everyone to enjoy. The home is always very clean and beautifully furnished.

Overall very satisfied with my mum's care. The staff are polite and friendly. My mum has really settled in there.

We are aware Mum is being cared for very well. Her care is excellent, and she is kept in a clean and comfortable way. Only get to see her weekly due to work commitments. My only one issue is we are not always kept in the loop regarding some appointments she had had until the very last minute, also we didn't know a dentist was seeing her until we received a bill for four visits.

The lovely staff at Hythe View work hard and Mum is always very well cared for. Her opinions and wishes are always respected. She has settled very well and speaks highly of the carers, nurses and other staff that help to look after her. We are always made to feel very welcome when we come to visit. Thank you!

I can't thank Hythe View enough, all the staff are friendly and kind and go out of their way to help. Dad has been in the care home for three months. He arrived on death's door and the staff, who were patient and kind have given Dad a new lease of life. My particular thanks go to the manager, home administrator and other management staff who make Hythe View the special place it is. Thank you all so much.

My cousin came to Hythe View needing end-of-life care for terminal cancer. With this came high-end nursing needs too. The home did not let us down in our expectations at all of their care. Everything was done with professionalism but also with care and compassion. The home was clean, warm and welcoming at all times. When the end came, again they were professional, caring and compassionate not only to my cousin but to our family too. Thank you to all!

We came to visit my aunt and were really impressed, the staff are always friendly and the place was clean. The activities they have in the home are amazing and my auntie is always joining in and really enjoys them. My auntie is happy with the food and is always praising it. Thank you Hythe View for all you do.

A very sincere thank you to you all for the care and kindness given to my mother and to her family. My mother found it very difficult to leave her home to go into nursing care. Everything has been done to make her feel at home. Thank you!!

All staff dealing with Mum have been excellent. They are very caring and cheerful and do their utmost best to make Mum as comfortable as possible. I am very grateful to them all for this. Mum is in the best possible place. The upgrade to decoration outside and inside is very nice. Laundry is excellent - as is admin, cleaning, and kitchen staff. Whole team appears cohesive!

Mum and Dad came to Hythe View for 2 weeks respite care following a stroke and a bad fall. This has been the perfect place for their recovery. The accommodation (with sea views!) is luxurious and the care staff are delightful and have been wonderful to Mum and Dad. From previous reviews, I thought this would be a good choice but it has far exceeded our expectations. I can highly recommend Hythe View.

My brother is confined to bed because of his condition. I visit him three times a week. I am very impressed with care and service. The very kind staff provide for him. My brother and the room are kept very clean. The house and conditions are kept to the very highest standard. Thank you so much for keeping my brother very happy and relaxed.
