View Full Details of Isis House Care CentreOn arrival I found the facilities to be welcoming and secure. My daughter (who has extensive knowledge of care home through her work in social care) said it was one of the nicest homes she had visited. Every time I have visited the staff have always been attentive and knowledgeable in the caring for my brother in laws needs. He is happy and thinks the staff are wonderful.
I love this home. I feel this home provides excellent care and entertainment for my mother. The staff are like family. They always look out for us as well as mum. The entertainment is fabulous. The collective playgroup is doing a great job interacting with the residents and finding out about their lives. There is nothing the staff could do more as I feel they are just amazing.
My partner has been here for two years and is very well looked after. He loves Bingo and chair exercises as well as other entertainments and parties. Five stars to the entertainment team as well as his carer.
I try to make a visit least least once a week and are pleased to say the care home and staff treat me very well are helpful and friendly. Both my relatives seem happy with their treatment very few complaints so I can leave them in good spirits.
My husband and I visit the care home almost every two weeks. The staff are always pleasant and ready to help if we need it. We have two family members in there and both seem to be very settled in. We don't have to worry about them so much now. Well pleased.
My father came to the Isis in December 2005 and he has had excellent care, they cater to his needs in every way possible. All the staff are excellent and very well trained. The food was excellent as we had dinner together, we had a choice and had it in a separate room. The home is very clean and in excellent condition, my father loved his room he called it his flat.
I felt very welcome every time I visited my sister. The home was always welcoming, tidy, clean and warm. She always appeared happy and content whilst staying there. I know she always enjoyed the food. She also enjoyed the staff and found them to be kind and friendly. She also enjoyed the morning visits with the babies and other activities.
I find the care home very good and pleasant to visit my sister is very happy there. I would recommend it to anyone.
Most things are really good. I love it, especially appreciate waking up in the morning and seeing smiling faces. When I ring the bell they come to help with real respect for elderly people. I find it very hard loosing my independence but I am incredibly well supported to stay as independent as possible. What I find most difficult is when another resident keeps coming into my room uninvited. But the staff do try to get her to leave.
This is definitely the best care home I have ever visited. The staff are incredibly kind and supportive, always going the extra mile. Nursing care is exemplary with my mums wound healing well again the odds due to their expert care. Activities are really fabulous and help residents keep their skills up. Daily exercise classes would improve the already excellent care even more. But overall it is super clean, super friendly and super professional and super caring. My mum is on Jasmine Ward. Thanks so much.
From the day my father arrived he was very well cared for by the staff team on Camellia Ward. My father was treated with dignity and respect and well looked after as though he was part of a large Camellia family. The residents sat together eating in a lovely clean dining room, and he enjoyed the variety of food options and the personal choice given. Dad particularly enjoyed the puddings. Staff were very attentive in meeting his personal needs, and allowing the family to work with them when we could. We were always updated about dad's medical needs and the staff shared information in person and by phone so we always felt part of dad's care. Dad was very sociable but struggled with dementia and the dedicated staff worked tirelessly to encourage him to be involved in all aspects of everyday life. Dad's morale was maintained by their dedicated support, reassuring for the whole family. We felt the care was authentic, and professional and took care of everybody's needs. We could not have asked for better support. Thank you.
The stay covering nine days was to provide respite care, and it was my mum's first experience of a care home. I was very impressed with everything. My mum clearly enjoyed the busy, but calm environment. She likes to have people about ber and variety. Her Parkinson's and Dementia caused her to be a little unsettled at times, to begin with, but the staff were fantastic at dealing with this, and she soon settled, going on to enjoy her time there.
We are deeply grateful for the love and care that Rose Court Care Home provided for our uncle. It truly was his 'home'. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
Short experience but very pleasantly surprised. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Very helpful. My neighbour seems very happy to be here. Thank you for looking after her.
The dedication of the staff is absolutely outstanding and sometimes in difficult circumstances when I was unwell. The staff work very hard and never lose their smile. The care given is excellent I have enjoyed my stay here and I wish everyone the very best. A wonderful home and I recommend it. Thank you so much.
A wonderful care home! The care is excellent. Highly recommend it, all the staff are very friendly. The food is good cooked by the chef. The gardens are lovely and well-maintained. Isis is much better than the hospital.
I can honestly say that my mum's care has been excellent. The staff are kind and caring and all worked tirelessly to make sure mum got better. I can't recommend them enough,
I would like to thank the staff of Rose Court on behalf of my aunty for your kindness and caring you have shown her. The carers were exceptional. Each and every one of you are a credit to your profession and should be very proud of what you do. In addition, I am also grateful for the relationship staff build with families. Always received warmly welcome and made to feel we belonged as well. I have such peace of mind knowing that she's well looked after at Rose Court.
Brilliant interaction of children and residents with toys as stimulation. Saw the resident's garden with great space and projects (interactive with residents).
Upon entering a lovely care home - no urine smell. Staff lovely, interacted with you whenever they saw you. You were kept informed at every stage of care and physiotherapy. Only 'gripe' is it often took a long time to gain/leave care home in out of hours (9-5) time.
