Fantastic care for my grandmother. Put myself and my family at ease knowing she is in a place that meets all of her needs and more. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I felt relieved and very pleased to bring my mum to Abbey Chase. Her hospital experience was degrading and horrendous. I feel reassured that my mum is being looked after by people who care, from the cleaners to the carers and nurses and management staff, they are approachable and helpful.

We are so very thankful for the whole team of staff who looked after our father (in law). Everything possible was done by the team to help him and make his last few months safe, comfortable and happy. Thank you all very much.

My dear Mum has been at Abbey Chase Nursing Home since November, initially for respite, however, has now become a resident which I am very pleased about. The home is very friendly, caring and kind. The wonderful staff and nurses look after my mum and keep her safe day and night. There are daily activities to join should you wish, with a lovely welfare team. Abbey Chase is very well managed and the team are a delight. Thank you.

We cannot thank the team at Abbey Chase enough for their care, support and friendship towards our dad. The management and staff are caring, patient empathetic and professional. In our experience, they took time to understand my dad's character and personality and adapted his care accordingly. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble here throughout his stay, regardless of circumstances. We were continually impressed and thankful.

Wonderful staff, attentive and kind. Our friend was very comfortable and taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble. The evening manager was so lovely and welcoming. I would recommend Abbey Chase to care for a loved one. Thank you!

A wonderful and caring home for my end-of-life brother-in-law. The team were so caring to the last when he passed. Thank you. You've gone above and beyond in your care. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always a smile.

The care at Abbey Chase Nursing Home for my nan was five-star. All the carers and staff cared for my nan so well, with pure kindness and kept her comfortable and happy up until the end. They treated her and us like family and I can't recommend or thank them enough.

It has been a pleasant experience all around since my mother was discharged from hospital for respite care at Abbey Chase. One particular lady especially has been very caring, attentive and answers any questions that I may have. My mind was always at rest when I see her around and is a fabulous addition to the team.

My mother was admitted for respite care two weeks ago. She has rested and received the best care here. We have noticed such an improvement in her, she seemed happy and relaxed. The staff and management were always kind, friendly, helpful and consistent. Especially certain carers and management. Always a friendly welcome and there if needed. Thank you to everyone who helped with my mother/wife.

I am writing to express my gratitude and admiration for the staff at Abbey Chase Care Home in Chertsey. My wife spent 3 months there following surgery on a brain tumour. The carers were wonderful and went above and beyond what I could ever have expected of them. I would also like to praise the manager and assistant manager for the emotional support they gave me during the most difficult time in my life. I truly believe they cared about me and my mental health and were a source of great comfort and support.

The staff are very helpful to me as well as my husband. The care staff are excellent and the care received. I have been in many care homes in my life as used to work for the NHS as a therapist. The home is clean and safe for patients and staff. The staff are the best of the best. The food is excellent. They all work so hard. Cleaning staff, cooks, housekeeping and management will bend over backwards to help you and the ones you love. Everybody is so happy and they look after me as well. The nursing staff as well as the whole team. You should be very proud of them. Please don't change, your support staff are the best. I am so grateful for your help and support.

Cannot praise here highly enough. The care given is exceptional, treated Mum with the utmost respect, could not adult. Arrived in tears from hospital as knew my mum would be in fabulous hands and left knowing they have helped Mum tremendously, leaving in tears of gratitude.

My mum was in here for two weeks respite. Carers, staff, nurses and management were super. Room was spotless and cleaned regularly. Lovely grounds.

Mum is here for respite and everyone is so lovely and kind and gentle both to me and Mum (discharged by hospital). She's content and walking so much better with encouragement.

Mum has been treated with care and looked after very well. The staff are kind and helpful. Sometimes under very difficult circumstances with the range of care required for residents.
