View Full Details of Barchester Epsom Beaumont Care HomeVery sadly my mum was only resident for a few weeks but we felt at home. The carers were kind and attentive, one member of staff, in particular, stood out with his empathetic smile. The activities coordinator had amazing energy and brought light and life to the environment.
The manager has done an amazing job making my grandad feel amazing on his birthday. She's brilliant with all the staff and the guests, the home would be completely different without her there she puts a smile on everyone's face.
I really could not be happier. My mother's brain was on 'standby' when she lived alone. She only got dressed for visitors, also very poorly, had no friends, she has a new lease of life now! She even volunteered to be 'Ambassador for Residents'. All those changes are down to management and staff at this wonderful home which is more like a hotel!
This is my first visit to the care home to see my sister. She is being exceptionally well looked after and all staff show her respect, consideration and care. They seem to have boundless patience. Due to her medical issues, my lovely sister is very demanding and this is where the skill and compassion of the staff shine through. We are greatly impressed with the freedom family and friends have to visit and the ability to dine with her - wonderful food! Our great thanks to everyone.
It is reassuring to see my mother being looked after with such affection, care and dignity. December saw many well-organised Christmas festivities with family members encouraged to participate in the singing, dancing and games which had the residents well-motivated. The staff are an excellent team and my grandson, who is 12 now, thinks he is a DJ. The food served at all occasions is wonderful.
Barchester Epsom Beaumont Care Home is a lovely care home, the activities on offer are amazing, staff are always very friendly and kind, the home has a lovely atmosphere and the home is beautiful. I would 100% recommend this care home for your loved one.
Lovely place to be. Enjoy the garden, seeing the birds and how well it is looked after by the gardeners.
Activities - excellent, very varied, excellent coordinators. Shame there isn't a larger room to accommodate all residents and family/friends. Some carers are very good - going above and beyond. Overall, a very well-managed home, senior staff very friendly and helpful.
The staff are all very good and kind. The activities coordinator is especially good with all her entertainment.
The care home is absolutely fabulous at caring for my nan with end stage cancer. The receptionist and admis assistant shows how dedicated and passionate she is about her role and always goes above and beyond to help. There are always activities taking place and all the staff are very helpful and kind.
Excellent facilities with very helpful staff. Just what I needed to help me recover from operation. Thanks to all at Barchester Epsom Beaumont Care Home.
Thank you to all the staff at Barchester Epsom Beaumont Care Home. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, always helpful and attentive, patient and caring. So many great activities, well-organised and lots of fun for residents and their families too. Comfortable rooms, lovely garden, always clean and tidy. Great food and very nice, there is tea and cake available for visitors. Thank you, my auntie is very happy here.
The staff are very kind, the food is very enjoyable. In all, I am most comfortable.
My dad was transferred from Hospital to Barchester Epsom Beaumont Care Home over the summer and we have been more than happy with the level of care and service that he has received. I have to emphasise that the lady on reception was both particularly sympathetic, considerate, helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and I would further say that she went above and beyond her job with particular requests concerning Dad's benefit. I would also like to thank the finance manager. She was able to help us with a flexible set-up to paying the fees once we had consulted with our financial adviser. I look forward to my dad receiving a continuing excellent service from the care home.
My mum is so happy with the care she has received and all the staff are friendly and caring, they are always there to help. The home is first class and it's like being in a hotel. They have lots of activities you can do if you are able-bodied.
My gran was transferred recently from Hospital having been there for 1 month following a decline in her health and mobility and receiving a terminal diagnosis which meant that sadly she was unable to go back home. I was on the hunt for a care home that would meet my nan's needs and all the family would be happy with. I decided to do a spot visit without prior warning to get a feel of Epsom Beaumont with my brother, and was greeted by the lady on reception who was friendly and caring and nothing was too much trouble. Desperate for a room at the Beaumont I did keep nagging- the management team were lovely about it, as the location and the home itself is beautifully decorated and welcoming, unlike some of the other local homes I had visited. Since arrival at the home, the manager and the staff have been very helpful. We have experienced some teething/settling-in issues with nursing and carers but otherwise, the service has been outstanding, and we would highly recommend as a care home.
My mother has been in Beaumont for 6 weeks and is very happy with her level of care. Should she have to remain in care, we would like to think she could stay in Beaumont. Our family have been made to feel very welcome and we have been surprised by the level of care and attention she receives. Obviously, we understand that the nature of care homes brings insurmountable problems, however, this does not reflect with a negative impact on the daily running and programming of each day and the staff.
Everyone has been kind and pleasant and helpful. Food very good. Lovely ambience. Most important, MUm is happy.
My mum now requires a high level of care and the staff spend time and effort to reassure her and to help her to feel as safe as possible which is also reassuring and a comfort to me also.
My nan lives here and each time we come, they are all very welcoming and the staff are all friendly. The staff are very informative about nan and are happy to talk to you. Staff are very caring towards my uncle with autism, letting him play the piano and are always offering to make tea for my grandad.
