View Full Details of Signature at WeybridgeSignature offer the highest and most professional standard of care imaginable. My 96 year-old Mother recently had to move rooms and they made the entire process seamless and removed any stress or worry she might have had. My Mother has been in residence for 9 years and I cannot speak highly enough ofr the facilities, the work ethic of the staff and the way in general that the home is run.
My Mum has been living at Signature Weybridge for over 3 years (reminiscence). When she arrived, mentally and physically she was very unwell, despite having carers at home. Mum's rate of physical and mental health decline reduced significantly from the moment she arrived at Signature and she said she felt safe. The team at Signature are very kind, highly responsive, fun and most importantly knows my mum. They always update me on how she is and because they genuinely care about my mum, have ensured that when she has needed medical care called for help immediately. It's fair to say that we would have wanted Mum to live at home but eventually, her Alzheimer's progressed and she required 24-hour care. Signature Weybridge has allowed my mum to enjoy her life, to feel safe and cared for and to maintain her self-respect and dignity. We now enjoy the time we have together rather than worrying. A big thank you to all the wonderful team at Signature Weybridge.
I have a friend who is a resident at Signature in Weybridge and loves the place! Happy and well cared for. I have another friend who is in imminent need of a good care home - unfortunately in Norfolk so Weybridge is not an option. I hope I can find him somewhere comparable.
My 89-year-old mother stayed for 3 weeks of respite care at the Signature Care Home in Weybridge, following a knee replacement operation. She was extremely well looked after by the very friendly and solicitous care team and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy the whole time. The catering staff and the admin and reception teams were also most friendly and couldn't do enough for her. Mum enjoyed the 3-course lunches and dinners, and the full programme of activities and entertainment was a great boost to her too. Her room and en-suite bathroom were very tastefully decorated, thoughtfully furnished and clean. My sister and I felt that our minds were at rest because we knew Mum was being so well looked after.
Signature at Weybridge is truly wonderful. Mum and Dad have been resident now for three months and my brothers and I are delighted with all aspects of their new home. All staff that I've met, in whatever role, are friendly, caring and professional at all times. The facilities in general, the activities program and the food are all top-notch. It is such a relief to have found this amazing place to care for our parents. Thank you to you all!
I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Signature and the team. Three members of staff I'm particular have been absolutely amazing. I cannot thank them enough. It truly feels like we’ve joined one big family. My mother-in-law frequently experiences ups and downs with her anxiety, but the team is always there to make her feel calm and comfortable. Thank you all again.
My mum has been a Signature, Weybridge resident since Spring 2022. I initially wrote a review after Mum's first year praising the staff and how their kindness and patience helped her to settle into her new life at Signature. I can confidently say that the kindness and excellent care continue. Mum is happy, content and speaks highly of her carers. Mum continues to participate in activities and outings and enjoys many afternoons of entertainment in the Bistro. I can see first-hand when I visit how kind and lovely all of the staff are and living quite some way from Weybridge, Signature gives me piece of mind that Mum is safe, happy and well. Thank you Signature.
Mum is very well looked after. The staff are fantastic, very considerate and very patient, nothing is too much bother. Mum enjoys the entertainment, singers, and piano players. She also enjoys the trips out and the quizzes. However, she complains that the food is often not very hot.
As a local minister, working with the team at Signature has always been a pleasure. The care provided by the staff and carers is amazing. On many occasions, I have witnessed the care, compassion, and graciousness they show the residents. They also provide spiritual and emotional care in various ways. As a Church, we go in on a regular basis, and we have always felt the relaxed and cordial environment that exists at Signature.
My mum, who has dementia, has been at Signature Weybridge since August last year. She has taken a while to settle in, but thanks to the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, she has become contented and happy with her new environment. We have made her room feel like home with all her furniture and ornaments, and she enjoys the atmosphere of the lovely communal spaces, the garden, and especially the bistro area where she can read her newspapers, chat with people and enjoy the entertainment and activities on offer. I now have total peace of mind knowing that Mum is being very well cared for and that she is safe and in a lovely environment. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff.
Having had major spinal surgery in June, we chose Signature at Weybridge for my respite and found the management and staff extremely kind and caring. My medication was strictly monitored and given to me. Personal care was always done with respect and willingness to help. The menus were varied every day with choices and very good food. I felt very well cared for and my well-being was of prime importance to them all. We were very happy we had chosen Signature for my respite.
All of the staff were most friendly and made you feel completely at home. Nothing was too much trouble, and you were never passed without being spoken to. They could not do enough for you. A quote from a visitor to myself was, upon entering Signature at Weybridge, "what an amazing atmosphere"! All facilities were of a high standard and most enjoyable.
From the moment my father moved into Signature, he felt at home. Any concerns I had disappeared immediately as he was welcomed into the Signature "family". All the staff were exceptional in their respective roles and treated my father with care underpinned by respect. He passed away recently at Signature - the place he called home. Thank you.
Myself and the family of our respite resident cannot rate you highly enough. Both staff and management go above and beyond at all times. Every part of the procedure was beyond excellent. Many thanks indeed.
My 98-year-old mother has been in Signature at Weybridge for a year now, and it is the best thing we decided to do as a family. Mum is cared for in reminiscence (she suffers from dementia), and it is just like living in a family. The carers are so friendly and welcoming, yet most professional in their work and interactions with residents and visitors. Mum is relaxed and very happy there enjoying the wide variety of activities/entertainment; singing, dancing, making jewellery, as well as various visits out for lunch and tea. She loved her trip to Worthing last year. The pet therapy visits have been amazing and a real hit. Mum has experienced so much that she would never have experienced at home, and her cognitive awareness has improved tremendously. The carers are very quick to spot unusual behaviour and will act promptly; in Mum's case calling a Dr as suspicious of a UTI; at all times, keeping the family fully informed of their actions. It is most definitely the best decision we made.
My mother, who has Alzheimer's, came here for a two-week respite stay while we went away on holiday. She has lived with us for 1 1/2 years since my dad died, and this was the first time she had been away from family. I had seen many homes but hadn't felt I had found the right one. However, as soon as I stepped into Signature at Weybridge, I was sure Mum would be happy. It has a wonderful vibe to it and feels more like a luxury hotel than a care home. I particularly liked the open plan aspect, as Mum doesn't like being alone. Mum had a great two weeks here and came back perky and happy; she hadn't regressed at all, which was one of my concerns. I'm sure that is because there are so many activities and minibus trips that she was nearly always doing something. And the staff were so wonderful and caring. Now that I have the peace of mind that Mum can deal with respite, I am hoping to book Mum in once or twice a year. Thank you so much to all the staff at Signature for making Mum's stay a happy one.
After staying at the home with my husband last year, I have enjoyed visiting as a volunteer to interact with residents over the past months. It is a privilege to meet with old friends and meet new people at the home. The staff are always gracious and welcoming, and I observe that they care for the residents tenderly and safely. The layout of the entrance linking the lounge, dining room and bistro around the reception area works really well. The dining room is run as an efficient restaurant with excellent, caring service and varied, well-prepared and presented meals. The programme of activities aims to cover most interests, and the bistro hosts some very professional entertainers. These entertainments also take place in the beautiful garden during the summer months. I am grateful to the management for their willingness to allow me to visit with the residents and to join them for lunch and an afternoon of activities occasionally.
After checking out care homes in the area on behalf of an elderly lady friend of ours, we were impressed by Signature’s facilities as well as the initial briefing following our enquiry. The staff were most helpful in receiving and settling in their new resident, who is most satisfied with the care and attention.
My mother was a resident at Signature Weybridge for seven and a half years. Throughout her whole stay, right up until her recent death, she was cared for by a wonderful group of people. Not just the carers but also all the people filling all the other jobs that are required to run a care home of this standard. When the time came to move from Assisted Living to Reminiscence, this was well thought through, and great care was taken to help her to adjust. My mother wished to stay at Signature rather than go to the hospital for end-of-life care, and Signature looked after her and our family with great compassion right the way through. We cannot thank them enough for helping us all through the experience, and will always be grateful to them for the excellent care that they provided for our mother.
Relieved and happy to have found the best of everything desired for my parent in Signature at Weybridge. Care from day one was delivered to the highest standards and continues to be so. Highly recommended.
