View Full Details of Cedar Court Care LtdWhenever I visit dad, he always looked clean and cared for. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The food always looks lovely.
My husband will have been at Cedar Court for a year on the 15th January 2025. In that time, I have spent every morning with him and have seen how hard all the staff work. I can not praise and compliment them enough for their patience, understanding, helpfulness and professionalism (sometimes in difficult situation) to residents and visitors a like, always with a smile. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all.
All staff are very polite and helpful, and take time and care with all the residents. Nothing is too much trouble.
Staff are always friendly and helpful, they are very caring to my mum. If we have any problems, there is always someone to consult.
A nice and pleasant environment with friendly staff who are happy to help. All of the staff are very polite and my mother is very happy here.
My husband has been resident at Cedar Court Care since August 2021 - my family and I cannot fault the care he has had and continues to receive. He is always treated with dignity, the facilities are second to none, he feels safe and is always clean. We have no complaints about his food and he receives plenty of drinks throughout each day. Management and staff are superb, always there when needed. It is like one happy family. The premises are clean and well looked after.
My 99-year-old mother-in-law was at Cedar Court for 1 year and 4 months. She had dementia and became non-mobile during her stay. The care the staff gave her was first class. Carers identified her changing needs rapidly and her care plan was amended accordingly. Every member of staff was always friendly and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Family highly recommends Cedar Court.
Clean, warm and staff were so helpful. Always available on the phone and via email. Nice open spaces and the food looked amazing too. Rooms are spacious and have everything needed for a comforting stay.
Staff have got to know my mother well in twelve months and they take into account her changing needs and put procedures in place accordingly without delay. Although family members visit three to four times a week, regular short updates about my mother would be appreciated: what activities has she observed, has she been taken out (in the summer) to garden, how does she cope with shower time and how often, etc. We feel that Cedar Court is a good nursing home.
My uncle went into Cedar Court in March of 2023. It was a hard decision and one we didn't want to make but from the moment we went in to find out about the home we could tell it was the place for him. It felt warm and cosy and the residents looked well cared for. My uncle had Alzheimer's and was a challenge, to say the least over the 10 months he was there but during that time he had such wonderful care from all the staff. They were all very kind and caring to him even when he was at his worst. As a family, we spent a lot of time at the home and only had positive things to say about the care the gave. The staff really do care and it's not just while you are there, we could hear how they were speaking/caring with others while we were there and they really did look after them so well. I wish we had known what a gem Cedar Court was as it would have saved my aunt a lot of anguish about having to make a decision. We will always be very grateful for the staff and the care he received.
The residents looked extremely happy, the staff were kind, and the village of Whittlesey was absolutely breathtaking. I knew from the minute I stepped into Cedar Court that it was the care home for my Grandma. She loves living at Cedar Court and they’ve been nothing but accommodating to make sure she’s settled in nicely. It’s so lovely being able to visit her and hear about the pleasant things she and the other residents get up to.
Cedar Court is a well-known care home within Whittlesey, I would highly recommend and have had ties in many ways over the last ten years. The staff go above and beyond to help, care and support all residents within the home and are willing to go the extra mile to also support the emotional well-being of families in connection with their residents. Cedar Court have been remarkable within these uncertain times and within a pandemic, they have made sure their residents are their main concern and kept them the safest they possibly could working hard to have all practices and policies in place with the covid-19 restrictions and guidelines. When facing the difficult decision to place a family member into a care home it should be as easy as Cedar Court have made it, peace of mind knowing my loved one is cared for, loved and given the respect and support from staff members when I can not be there. Full trust is placed within this home and within their staff members.
I would highly recommend the nursing home to anyone of my family or friends, or anyone that is looking to place a family member into a home. The care staff go above and beyond to always make me feel so welcome when visiting and provided an outstanding service of care with great teamwork, which I haven’t seen before in my personal life or in my career. The money invested to make it feel like home was truly welcomed and makes all the difference. The home is also well maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. The food is freshly made daily and tastes and looks delicious, it is also so lovely to see the residents participate in activities taking place daily and the smiles it brings in their lives. Thank you and keep up the outstanding work.

Whenever I come in the staff are very warm and welcoming. The place is always spotless. The food looks delicious. I can not thank the management and staff at Cedar Court for the care and dedication that they offer to the residents in the home I would love my mum to be here when she is ready to be looked after.
The care provided to my mother is outstanding, in this home. There are activities at all times, but particularly during the festive season have been amazing, and the staff always go above and beyond their call of duty. The service is truly a family home.
