View Full Details of Aria Court Care HomeI feel my father is very well cared for and the staff are very compassionate and caring towards him. I feel I have a good relationship with staff which means I can speak openly and honestly. Families are included and invited to lots of events and meetings etc. I think the Aria family is amazing and the whole family loves it.
The whole team at Aria Court treat my father with the utmost respect and care. Nothing is too much trouble to make him comfortable and happy. All of the teams work well together and although they are very busy, they always have time for the residents as well as relatives. Thank you to the whole team.
I live overseas and feel very comfortable and confident with the care that Aria Court provide for my mother. Lifestyle activities are fantastic, Mum is treated with dignity and respect by carers and staff. Admin support and reception staff are brilliant. Great work Aria team!
Seems to be a very happy place and he is being well cared for.
Aria Court is an excellent caring respectful and very friendly place. My father-in-law is very well looked after and I feel he is in a very safe place.
My mother who is a resident and has the beginning of dementia is very well looked after. Her needs including the fact she is vegetarian are more than adequately met. She is very friendly with the staff who treat her with kindness and respect. I am more than happy with her care and would not put her anywhere else.
We have called at different times of the day and different days of the week. We have always been made welcome and dad has always been well looked after. The carers are respectful and kind. There are lots of activities and events many of which we have attended. The fundraiser for the church was excellent.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness is impressive. Food wholesome.Nothing too much trouble.
I can't believe how well my 97-year-old friend looks. He's eating amazingly, tentative. He's been on trips out. His personal care truly has no complaints.
Wonderful staff very caring and understanding, made Mum feel very welcome and family.
Very impressed with the home, made better by some dedicated staff under good management. Always homely and welcoming. Nice food, clean place, good care, good staff. What else to expect? Highly recommended care facility!
Aria Court is a lovely care home, my mum has been a resident for nearly four years. Mum is 96 and the staff are caring and respectful. The manager is always helpful and has done a lot to make sure that all staff are employed by the home and not agency staff unless in an emergency. The food is cooked on-site by a wonderful chef.
Great home. Great team.
A wonderful place with wonderful staff who really care. Lots of different activities the rooms and the food are superb. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the home is kept to a very high clean standard. Residents' families are always made very welcome.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Aria Court for the kind care and attention they gave my dad. He developed increasingly complex needs which they took in their stride. Living a fair distance away meant real peace of mind too. As visitors they always listened to our requests, making it easy to communicate, sometimes needing to speak with us in the early hours. Nothing was ever a problem, when I visited I was always kept up to date with his care plan and progress.
Leaving Dad in a care home when I live miles away and while travelling extensively is made less worrying as a result of the staff in the Nene home at Aria Court Care Home. I produce brief daily video chats from wherever I am which I then send to his phone. The staff help Dad access my posts and assist him in making video replies. The benefit of this to Dad is enormous.
Our mum is being cared for in Aria Court Care Home by a very dedicated and friendly team of nursing and care staff where nothing is too much trouble. As well as the care they give mum there is always a warm and friendly welcome when we visit. A huge thank you to you all.
My husband was invited to Valentine's lunch in the Aria Court Home. We joined other guests and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. 50's, 60's music in the background with sings long songs, the tables and room was decorated and each lady was presented with a red chocolate. It's an unforgettable day in my life. we were waited on and made to feel very special, it's a wonderful experience to be with our loved ones and share memories together.
We are very happy that Mum is so well looked after by all the amazing staff. The carers, cleaning, kitchen and admin staff are all very professional and caring. We are all welcomed by the lovely staff when we visit regularly, so we keep involved with Mum's day-to-day care. Our Mum has now lived here for 18 months.
Our dad was only a resident at Aria Court Care Home for 6 weeks but during that time Dad was treated with dignity, respect and most importantly kindness. All the family agreed that Dad was living in the best place that he could be. Dad had dementia and sadly became very ill very quickly. Dad went to hospital but the family decided that we wanted Dad to have his final days back at Aria Court - it was the best decision we made. During Dad's final hours, Dad was looked after by staff who were so caring and considerate of Dad's needs and the family's needs. Fantastic staff!
