Mum has been a resdent for 5+ years and this is testament to the excellent care, support and entertainment provided by the whole team at Kingfisher.

Dad has received excellent care since moving to Kingfisher House. The staff are friendly and attentive and tend to his every need, which is evident in how happy he is. A varied range of activities keep him engaged, led by an excellent activities co-ordinator. Communications from the home is excellent and the manager leads his team well. Overall we are more than happy with the care experience.

I cannot fault the care that my mum received at Kingfisher House. I feel cared for too and don't even live here! Always a smile to greet me when I arrive to see my mum. Nothing too much trouble. The entertainment on offer is fantastic as the staff are. Everyone treated as individual as they are. The freshly cooked food I cannot fault either. Thank you everyone - words are not enough.

The staff go above and beyond in providing care and support to Mother. The facilities are generally in good order and kept clean and tidy. The activities programme is excellent.

Mother-in-law has been a resident here for over 2 years. The care here is wonderful. Very caring staff and great entertainment for residents. Very impressed that many staff have been here a long time. Shows they like working here. The food is plentiful and liked by residents.

The staff at Kingfisher's are excellent, with residents and family members. The activities are well received and residents are made to feel and enjoy a family atmosphere. The improvement in my Mother-in-law well being is totally outstanding since coming to Kingfisher.

Mum has been very well looked after. She settled in well and has received positive input from all the staff. As a family member, I am always made to feel welcome.

I visit the care home regularly and am very pleased with all the activities everyone seems to really enjoy all of them.

My Grandad loves his new home. All the care staff have made him feel so welcomed, cared for, and part of a family! The activity team are outstanding there's always something for the residents to do you can tell there is so much thought and planning around this my Grandad loves going to the daily activities and getting involved! Would recommend this place to anyone!

All the staff are very friendly, they all say hello and make you very welcome. They seem to have time for my Mother which gives me peace of mind. Mum seems to enjoy the activities and seems quite settled.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, always on hand and approachable. Lots for residents to take part in every day. Very happy with the home and my Mother-in-laws care.

Spiller and Kingfisher have been so attentive to Mum's needs, that they settled her into a new area and so comfortable. The team are amazing at feeding, dressing, medical needs, and cleaning her. I do hope she continues to have this relaxed atmosphere with all the social interactions she is getting now. It is so good for us as a family to know she is not alone and so well looked after.

I visit my friend once a week and I'm always impressed with the staff and their commitment to the residents at the home. They go above and beyond with the care they provide. The home is always a friendly environment, very welcoming, and full of positive attitudes. In all a very high standard care home.

Very enjoyable activities for the residents - my Father-in-law is settling in and now enjoys more social time than before. Compassionate carers and great attention is given to his comfort. Thank you for everything you do!

I have been visiting since February and find the staff pleasant and helpful. I do a bit of gardening (volunteer) and everyone is so appreciative which is so once.

I think my mother is having the best experience she can at Kingfisher House Care Home in particular I think the carers are very caring and treat her very well and there are regular activities for her to take part in.
