My husband was cared for in a wonderful way. Someone was with him constantly. The food was good and varied so much! The bed was always clean and tidy. The room was really good too. The staff were kind and helpful. So good, nursing. Thank you.

It's a massive change for everyone when a relative goes into a care home so it's important that the choice of home is right for the resident and their family. My mum settled in straight away mainly because of the family vibe in Aldringham Court and the wonderful caring staff.

The care that my late dad received was excellent. The care and attention they gave my dad, myself and his sister were way beyond excellent and caring. They gave my dad care to pass away with dignity. Thank you to everyone who cared for my late dad.

My mum was admitted for end of life care and couldn't wish for more caring cheerful helpful staff. Our initial viewing of Aldringham Court made us feel welcome and listened to.

I couldn't fault the care and attention my mum received during her end-of-life palliative care. The manager and staff were always popping in to check on her and to make sure that any visitors had refreshments. A very friendly home with caring staff. I cannot comment on value for money as she was NHS-funded.

The staff are very friendly. My family member was cared for and had everything she needed. Had a lovely view from French doors, we were able to personalise the patio so that my family member had her own things to look at. The staff were very helpful with providing meals that she needed. My mum loved her porridge. They were always happy to make it for her when she fancied it.

My mum was only in Aldringham Court for three days receiving palliative care but as a family, we could not have been more pleased with the care and attention Mum received. The staff were all so kind and sympathetic.

A lovely place and all the staff are wonderful, can't do enough for you. Always makes you a drink, just lovely.

After our mum had been in hospital for six months February-August 24, we needed a nice home for her as Muum has many needs. We were offered Aldringham Court but thought it would be too far away, but we went to look at it, and on arrival, as soon as we saw the grounds and the inside, we were amazed. The room was lovely and all the staff were friendly. Mum has been in for two weeks nearly and has settled in. All staff and management are really nice and caring and definitely made Mum at home. Every visit Mum has been better and we are very thankful.

My reasoning for completing this review is based on my experience yesterday visiting a friend in your care home. I was very impressed with all the staff. They were smiling and kind and want to thank them all for being there and caring with utmost patience. Thank you so much.

My overall experience, so far, at the home has been very good. The staff are very caring and helpful and soon sort out any concerns.

My mother was treated with care and dignity during her stay. I found all the staff to be friendly, caring and compassionate.

When we visited Aldringham Court we found the home welcoming, homely and friendly. Staff seemed happy, helpful and caring towards residents and relatives. Reading the notice boards there are plenty of interesting activities for residents to get involved in and it is good that relatives are welcome to join in. Mum said she was happy and well cared for.

My mother has been a resident now for two years. The care and support she has received has been excellent. Her needs and requirements are always being assessed. The staff always have time to chat and show great kindness. Everyone always welcomes all the family as well.

Very friendly and caring support given to my mother. Thanks must go to the staff for the great work they do with the residents, the care given is first-class. I would recommend Aldringham Court to anybody seeking to find a safe haven for a loved one.
