Every time over 5 years that I called (randomly) the staff were kind, and in between kept me well updated on my people's condition. If something wasn't good (eg not eating/infection/other) they rang me immediately. Staff always jolly and patient with all residents. When my people were dying, they rang me and urged me to com in. The husband died, staff great when the wife was dying they rang me early AM, I got there and they provided me with excellent food all day and checked frequently on us. I felt the couple were well loved and so was I.

I come to see my aunt approximately every two weeks. She is always well cared for and the staff are very friendly and have a good pleasant manner when speaking to her or assisting her. I am very grateful to them all and I know that my aunt has not always been easy to care for. I have only praise for the care given here.

I have been to a few homes and Springs is the best. The staff are always happy, very helpful, caring and happy to help when needed. The food as I can see is very good and fresh. Always something going on. My family is always met with a smile and offered tea or coffee. What more would anyone want?

Mum is extremely well looked after by the wonderful staff at Larkhill Springs and it's always a pleasure to visit her here.

A lovely welcoming home with super friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure Nan is happy and has all she needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they couldn't be more helpful. There are always lots of activities going and Nan always enjoys the live music as we do.

My father was admitted first from the hospital, then my mother joined him. My father died shortly after, after being readmitted to the hospital leaving my mother as a resident. Under very difficult circumstances of their mission, the home did all they could to make things easier for my parents and our family. The staff are very attentive and friendly and make us feel welcome when we visit. We have confidence knowing my mum is being well looked after.

I have always been very happy with the home, staff and manager. Nothing is too much trouble and always there if I have a worry, staff explain all that is going on health-wise. The staff are very friendly, make you feel at ease and we have a laugh. The home is kept spotless and lunch and all food looks amazing. Thank you.

My husband was admitted into Larkhall Springs about 4 weeks ago. The care and attention given to him has been remarkable. He is settling into his new home now and I feel totally confident that he will be well cared for with kindness and compassion and all his needs will be met by all the staff.

My wife is in Larkhall Springs now for 2 years and 10 months and I can say the staff are always on hand and very attentive and she seems that she is very happy there. She has dementia (vascular) so some days she is better than others but overall is very well looked after so thanks to all the staff.

My sister came to Larkhall Springs from a mental health unit and I have to say the staff are exceptional - my sister is difficult and hard to manage on occasions and they manage her with respect and dignity. They assist her with all her mental needs in a diplomatic way. Thank you to all at Larkhall Springs.

The home is generously staffed, with friendly, willing and helpful staff available to residents and visitors. The presence of a physiotherapist on the staff is a most welcome development. During the past six weeks that my wife has been a resident, there has been a huge improvement in her attitude to life. She can now hold a conversation, laugh and joke. I am most impressed and delighted.

My mother-in-law spent nearly three years at Larkhall Springs and on every single visit, she seemed content. She was very well cared for by all the staff who always did their best and looked happy doing their job. Thank you to all the staff at Larkhall Springs.

My mother spent her last years at Larkhall Springs while she had her difficulties both mentally and physically. She was always treated with care and respect. I found the staff attentive and friendly and always approachable. The care staff do an amazing job and I continue to thank them to this day. Best wishes to all the staff at Larkhall Springs you make visiting my mother a pleasure.

My Dad was a resident at Larkhall Springs for around 5 months from August 2023 to January 2024. Dad received excellent care from an experienced team of professionals who clearly care about their residents. He was treated with tenderness and respect, and as a family, we felt reassured that he was in the best place for the care and support he needed. We can’t thank the team enough for the support he and we received in his final days.

Not only did the entire team at Larkhall Springs gave my grandmother a brilliant and compassionate level of care, but they were also an incredible emotional support to us as family members. I will be forever grateful.

The staff are very caring and attentive. They are also very good to me too. I have every confidence in the care they have given to my husband and am happy that he is being kept comfortable and is in no distress. All his visitors have said how impressed they have been in the home itself and the caring staff.

Very pleased with Mum's experience here. Mum's rapid onset dementia and delirium have left her with a lot of anxiety and confusion which can be quite intense. The staff have responded with care and patience. Mum's physical health has improved. Visitors are always welcome. It is possible to speak to members of staff who are knowledgeable when I visit. I marvel at the work ethic and dedication of all staff. Admin have been particularly helpful re all my enquiries.

I have been impressed by the care taken to settle my brother, newly arrived, and integrate him in the life of this little community - great teamwork, a happy relaxed atmosphere and very attentive staff.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for all the staff who made my mum’s last weeks so special. The staff were very supportive and faultless of her needs medically, physically and personally. Nothing was ever too much. Thank you for everything you have done!

I have always found very good care in nursing and caring, not only efficiency but a loving, affectionate relationship between myself and the staff. I cannot speak other than to praise all concerned.
