View Full Details of Beaufort Hall Nursing and Residential HomeThe staff at Beaufort Hall Nursing and Residential Home gave my dying husband the most incredible care when he arrived 48 hours before he died. Nothing was too much for him or me as I visited. Every member of staff I met showed genuine care and concern for us. As a result, my husband passed away peacefully in homely surroundings. I am so grateful to all of them.
In my experience, this home is a very caring and understanding nursing home. The staff are always there to help in any way they can and answer any questions. The staff are always very friendly and happy.
I find the staff very friendly and polite here. The food is really good, and I like my room as I can look out over the sea. The home is very clean. I like watching films and joining the activities, there is a good selection.
The staff are very helpful towards the care of my wife and the care is outstanding.
I found the staff and management at the home very helpful, kind and professional. The care and patience they showed to my wife was excellent. I would not hesitate to trust the care of my wife to them in the future.
I was transferred to the above residential home following hospitalisation in Spain after becoming ill whilst on holiday. I have been well treated throughout my stay here for which I am most grateful.
So far my experience of Beaufort Hall has been very good, the food staff has been very good. The food selection has been good and everyone has been pleasant. Entertainment has been very good, highly recommend.
Our son was placed in this home by social services. We were told it was temporary until a more suitable place could be found. He is well looked after but the other residents are all elderly and he is only 43. He is a shy, quiet man of average intelligence but withdrawn, anxious and nervous, also has leg ulcers and spends most of his time in bed. He is very alone and has nothing in common with the elderly folk there. Is there anywhere for a gentle soul like him?
We as a family found all staff, doctors, nurses, carers and management absolutely wonderful. The way they treated and looked after my wife, we had a lot of visitors and the staff made them very welcome, and helpful.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. My dad was well looked after and cared for whilst in the home. When he passed away, they were professional and explained everything to us with care and respect.
All the staff are extremely kind and willing to help. The food is varied and adequate. We have an entertainment programme which would suit all tastes and abilities. It is nice and quiet.
All staff very helpful, the food is excellent and very pleased with the whole situation.
The staff are very helpful, compassionate and caring. The maintenance man is also very helpful, everyone is always up for a laugh. The activities person is also very good. The building does need to be updated inside and out. Would be good to have another shower for the amount of residents.
We have been entirely satisfied with the services provided. The room is comfortable with a superb view. The food is plentiful and very good quality and the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, all that could be desired. All in all, we are happy with the service my wife receives.
We visited Beaufort Hall in April and were greeted with a dark drab nursing home. Although pleasant and helpful staff, the home needs modernising. The furniture was shabby and drab. The whole place dark and dismal.
My mother has had to go into respite care and the staff and management could not have been more helpful, she said that it feels more like a hotel rather than a care home and from a 90 yr old who is well travelled is a glowing recommendation. I feel extremely satisfied that she is now safe and being looked after in the best possible way, getting the help of the caring staff. I have no doubts that this home is one of the best in Weston-super-Mare. I have no doubts in recommending Beaufort Hall to anybody considering a care place for their family or relatives.
Mum had the best help and settled in really well. The staff were all amazing, from the carers, right down to the management and nurses. We could not fault anyone. Thank you for looking after her.
My husband has undergone considerable trauma prior to entering Beaufort Hall Nursing and Residential Home. Once there, he settled quickly and benefitted from the care and compassion shown by all the staff, telling his family how good they were to him. We are grateful to them for his care.
Extremely pleased with the care given. Very personal and professional. Everyone has been very kind and understanding in very difficult circumstances.
The staff have been exceptionally supportive, caring and professional during what has been an emotionally trying time. Mum has settled and the staff are very sensitive to her needs for which I am grateful.
