My husband is kept beautifully peaceful, no distress. Staff are excellent and keep my husband very well. Staff are always polite and helpful. I am made to feel welcome on my visits and show dignity and respect for my husband. No complaints.

Our family member has been at Barchester Kenwyn Care Home for nearly 2 years. The facilities and decor are akin to a 5-star hotel. The dining room and menu choices are first class and delicious in variety and taste. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Above all the service and care from the hugely dedicated care team for the residents is second to none. The compassion and dignity they exude with every interaction is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble, every day they go above and beyond to ensure the residents every need is met. They do it with warmth, a smile and friendly conversation. They are nothing short of amazing. Special recognition needs to go to one in particular member of staff, she is an angel in every respect and has helped make our relative as happy as she is there.

Worked very closely with the head of unit, who quickly ascertained my mother's situation, needs and indeed, future needs. Additionally, my mother had been suffering from financial abuse and other safeguarding issues. The head of unit was able to ensure measures were put in place to protect my mother. The environment, care, attention and dedication of the team have actually seen an overall improvement in my mother, who has become more engaging and doing the activities she enjoys. Further, I would like to commend the entire team who work under difficult and emotional situations and yet remain super pleasant and always with a smile, warm and friendly greetings. Thank you.

We realised very quickly that the residents are treated with care and compassion but most importantly, treated with dignity. The staff make the time to know the residents so are all treated as individuals and get to know their likes and dislikes, their history and family so that the resident feels like they are with friends. Memory lane is secure, so, as family, we know Mum is not able to wander off. Food is excellent, activities are every day and varied and looking out into the gardens gives a lot of pleasure.

Mum, who has dementia, has been at Kenwyn for a couple of years now. The staff work tirelessly to care for all the residents and meet their individual needs. I am always met with a smile and I find they listen to suggestions and act on them when they can. I have been kept well informed of any changes in mum's health and my consent is always asked for when changes are needed. The staff are continually looking for ways to engage with the residents and keep them as happy as possible.

Lovely, friendly staff, all are happy to answer any questions or concerns. Great to see staff interacting with everyone. Lovely garden areas which are very well maintained. The meals always look appetising and plenty.

My mum has been a resident at Barchester Kenwyn Care Home, Memory Lane Dementia Community, since October 2023. As a family, we feel that Mum is well cared for, safe and treated with respect and dignity. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. We are kept informed of any health issues that arise and appreciate the good communication and reassurance we receive.

I approached the home to enquire about a two-week respite stay, post-operative convalescence and care, for my mother-in-law. From start to finish, we were all treated with care, compassion and dignity. My mother-in-law was very well cared for and even said she would come back again - this is a real compliment to the staff who cared for her. Thank you for making this an excellent experience.

The staff at Kenwyn are all amazing. From the first day my mum came to live at the home in January 2024, she has received the highest level of care. They respect my mum's wishes and have shown fantastic support to her, myself and my father. Keep up all your amazing work.

Dad has a lovely room overlooking the garden and is cared for by welcoming, friendly staff who make him feel part of a family. He loves the trips out and yesterday saw the Christmas lights in the local town, all had a merry time on the bus!

Very obliging staff, all very helpful. Everything appeared as we hoped. Clean and tidy and welcoming. Our friend appeared quite happy and content.

My father (96) has been residing in Kenwyn for nearly nine months. I can say that I can pop in at any time and find he is well cared for, and when I leave, I am confident and couldn't do better for his care - I think that's it.

Excellent service in every aspect. The staff are totally dedicated and give 100% to support and help the residents. My wife could not have ended up, with her condition, in a better place.

Barchester Kenwyn Care Home is a wonderful place for my mother. She is well cared for and everyone from the care team to management is wonderful and kind. Mum likes her room, food and being out in the large garden. Everyone is patient with the residents and very helpful.
