My Mum spent 11 weeks here in early 2022 and the staff are outstanding. They have a great rapport with residents, are caring, friendly and always have time for residents and their visitors. Management are also approachable and always happy to answer questions. We are very grateful for everything they did for Mum, and couldn't have wished for better care.

We bought our loved one to Trefula House this week. The staff greeted us wonderfully and we could sense straight away my Dad was finally in the right place. They have been friendly and caring and you get the feeling the staff care.
