Excellent staff friendly caring and very helpful nothing too much trouble very caring . Food excellent cleanliness perfect nothing too much trouble activities are brilliant everyone can join in according to ability and are given help if needed. Room are light airy and warm every so often they are taken to beach which is so nice

My father was a resident here for nearly 5 years on the dementia floor. The staff here are exemplary. They cared for and 'loved' my Dad all through his time here in particular the nursing staff and his carer who also cared for him. Sadly he passed away on 30th October but right through to the end he was comfortable and well cared for. Again the staff were thoughtful and understanding to me and my family during the final days. The home is clean and the residents are happy and well fed. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, he was happy here.

My brother has been a resident at Belle Vue Care Home for over twelve months. His care has been beyond criticism, competent and friendly staff who have been most kind and obligingly to all members of our family. The facilities and accommodation are first-rate, always very clean and tidy. A huge improvement on two previous nursing homes.

We are now approaching our second year at Belle Vue Care Home. I can only say our time here has been outstanding and my siblings and myself are just absolutely amazed at the quality of care our brother receives. Nothing is too much trouble. Management, nurses and carers are all dedicated to making everyone comfortable and supported. We feel so lucky every day to have found the perfect home. Thank you one and all.

My husband has just gone into Belle Vue Care Home. Staff are so friendly and caring. The place is spotless and clean. He likes the home, he is happy with his room and loves the food. I know my husband will be well looked after.

Both my parents have just recently moved into Belle Vue. Staff are friendly and caring. Management staff are amazing, go above and beyond their duties. Staff have made Mum and Dad, and us, so welcome. Looking forward to a long and happy future in Bellevue for my parents.

Overall, such a great place. Clean and tidy. Great all-around outlook to care. Attentive and caring staff team. Made a difference to my dad's wellbeing in a positive way. Dad was in quite a bad care environment prior to coming to Belle Vue. Thank you.

Excellent care home. They took great care of my friend right up to the end. The staff are great, staff wonderful. A very well run home cannot fault it, very impressed with all the events they carry out for the clients. A place full of smiles and laughter. Always someone to talk to if you are struggling.

The home provided outstanding care to my mother in the last few weeks of her life. The staff treated her with nothing but kindness and dignity and are a credit to the organisation. They were always pleasant and greeted me with a smile when I visited and I could see that they were often working under difficult circumstances, but still nothing was too much trouble for them. Any questions I had were always answered with a kindness that put me at ease and I knew that my mother was in the right place, receiving the care and attention that she deserved. Once again, I cannot thank them enough.

My concerns for the care of my loved one in Belle Vue care home escalated over the period of residency. Numerous concerns were related to management. Thankfully my loved one is no longer a resident at Belle Vue and is now resident in a nursing home providing kindness, care, compassion and dignity to all the residents.

Once again, the staff excelled themselves, excellent Christmas Dinner and entertainment. The staff decorated the dining room, putting all the residents and their families around a large number of tables. A selection of non-alcoholic drinks was on offer, Farther Christmas gave out presents along with their family. The whole experience for the residents and their families was very festive.

I cannot speak highly enough about how caring and friendly all the staff at Belle Vue are, we have been made to feel very welcome whenever we visit and they have gone above and beyond to settle Mum in. We were even able to join Mum for Christmas lunch with other residents and their families, quite an undertaking but served up to all with a smile. They are always cheerful, easily approachable and show enormous patience. Mum has just moved into this care home to be near family, after Dad died she lost her confidence, stopped looking after herself properly and suffered several falls. She was very reluctant to give up her independence and move into care but since being here she is blooming, cared for and looks like her old self once more. Once she'd settled into life at Belle Vue, visiting the hair salon regularly, making friends, enjoying the meals and entertainment. Mum loves to chat and enjoys the company of both residents and staff, we couldn't ask for more, she is safe, happy and cared for. Thank you.

Our relative moved to Belle Vue Care Home earlier this year and at the time she was very distressed, having viewed the home we felt it looked like a happy caring place. Fast forward a few months and wow! She is bright and alert, during my visit she was acknowledged by every passing staff member and she waved to them. She was very calm and visibly improved in her health and well being. It was so reassuring to see. Each staff member told me how well she was doing and you could hear the care and understanding in their voices. From the minute you enter the building it really is a home away from home but with all of the facilities required when 24 hour care is needed.

From the onset, Mum received exemplary care in what proved to be her final days. The staff were caring, compassionate, attentive, professional and kind. We were welcomed into a homely environment where we could visit as we wished. Thank you to the team.

Mum has been in Belle Vue Care Home since October 2019, when her Alzheimer's made it hard to keep her at home, despite the fact that I'm a retired geriatric nurse. Mum's emotional and well-being needs are more than met. The nursing staff and cleaners are brilliant with the residents. The atmosphere is one of a big happy family. The meals are not only nutritional and filling they are plentiful. I have eaten with Mum myself and found them delicious. Tea and coffee are readily available for residents and visitors alike. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-furnished. Activities for the residents are varied and fun we get photos and updates on what activities they are doing. Our input of anything Mum might enjoy that she hasn't yet been offered is immediately rectified and Mum's needs are met. I couldn't recommend Belle Vue highly enough. Mum's happy and extremely well cared for.

Very happy to say Belle Vue Care Home is generally a very happy place for the residents and the staff are happy to help the service users and visitors. April seems to have been a time for smiles as mask wearing is no longer compulsory (with the reduction in Covid-19), subsequently communications by expression are bringing emotional rewards for residents, visitors and staff. Thank you all for helping my mum live her best life possible.

Making the decision to place our gran in a home was the hardest one, especially during lockdown! However, it was the best decision we could have made in placing Gran at Belle Vue! The staff have supported us all, and most importantly our grampa with the transition and has helped in a vast improvement in our gran's health. She is able to wander to her heart's content which is all she ever wanted to do at home.

My husband has just gone into Belle Vue Care Home. Staff are so friendly and caring. The place is spotless and clean. He likes the home, he is happy with his room and loves the food. I know my husband will be well looked after.
