View Full Details of Eagles Mount Care HomeI will say everything has been wonderful and I would recommend this care home to anyone.
I have just moved into Eagles Mount and it is really good I am very surprised. The staff are great and the food is great too.
This place is really good I am comfortable in my room. I go to activities when I want. My food is good and they take care of me.
Very happy with the care my grandad is receiving, the home is great with a family atmosphere. I usually have lunch with him and they always welcome me and food is good. I recommend to anyone looking for care.
Living at Eagles has been a great home for me. I enjoy the activities, the trips out are lovely. The food is nice and I can request what I like. The carers are friendly. I am very fond of my room and the beautiful view of the surroundings.
Since I moved in I have nothing but good things to say about this home. The carers treat me really well. I enjoy the trips and days out. My room has a lovely view.
I was warmly greeted by the Home Manager, who welcomed me to the home and asked me to sign in. The home was clean and smelt fresh and I was shown to the room and offered a cup of tea. Everyone I met was caring and really attentive to my friend whom I was visiting. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to care of a loved one. 10/10
Eagle Mount is a very good care home. The coffee shop looks very good I like to go there. I like to go places on the bus and the carers treat me well. My carer is good, kind and treats me well. I have no complaints.
Having visited my friend a number of time, the staff at Eagles Mount are all very friendly and always willing to help and support when I need it. There is a lovely coffee shop in the home that we use when we want to a bit to eat and lots of activities that we can join in with.
Couldn't recommend Eagles Mount Care Home highly enough. Mum was really worried and anxious about moving in and the whole team made her feel special and welcome. We were worried about leaving mum, but she was so happy we worried needlessly, we would like to thank the Manager and the whole team for everything they have done.
I felt the memory hour was really beneficial to residents. It was well presented using photographs of days gone by and discussing how we lived at that time of our childhood. It engaged everyone present. Lovely home.
I love living at Eagles, everyone is lovely and looks after me well.
Eagles is a good home. I like my room and everyone in the home. The activities are good, in fact, they are great. I like the driver, when we go out to different places. My room is good, and I have Internet and Disney on my TV. Also, I like the food. Eagles is excellent.
Eagles Mount care home provided excellent facilities for all residents. The staff are most polite and helpful at all times. The rooms are spacious and well-presented with quality fittings and decoration. The food, breakfast, lunch and supper are also good with many varieties of meat, fish, chips and vegetables etc. The in-house chef will also serve any of your requirements. Prescriptions are dealt with excellently by the floor supervisors. In general, this care home meets all of the professional service requirements.
Pre-booked a visit for today (26/3/22), upon our arrival we were greeted by a very harassed unkempt member of staff (extremely poor representative of what I understand to be a luxury care home). She advised we could not visit because of a Covid outbreak. No phone call had been made to us beforehand and having had a 1.5 hour journey this was extremely upsetting., particularly as the resident was expecting us and looking forward to our visit. Having read the guidance in full dated 22/3/22, I am not convinced that they were correct in their actions. We were not offered any option, e.g. a pod visit, window visit, etc. which the guidance suggests could have taken place. I appreciate the difficulties that they have in dealing with Covid but the resident we were there to see is bed bound and therefore not mixing with other residents - we were Covid negative so there was no genuine reason to refuse the visit!
All the staff are wonderful!
Since Nanny was admitted to Eagles Mount in February 2021, it's been really hard not being able to see her face to face. However, pod visits have been great. Finally, the lockdown has lifted a little, and we have been able to see Nanny in-person taking all necessary precautions. We have been made to feel extremely welcome and had an extremely enjoyable visit. The best part of the visit was seeing Nanny give her great-grandson his birthday present from her, and we have some lovely photo's of them together.
Been here not long, but I really like the people.
I have enjoyed and have also been well looked after by all carers since I came to Eagles Mount.
Very good home.
