My husband has been a resident for 2 and a half years. The care that he has received has been exellant staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is looked after. And we as visitors are treated with respect. Its like going to someone's house to visit its so friendly. I am so pleased my husband has been lucky to stay in such a lovely place. Would highly reccommend Kingsley House.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Kingsley House. You are amazing! My mother has dementia and receives outstanding care. Every time I visit there is a very warm welcome and positive attitude. The atmosphere is one of kindness and care - nothing is too much trouble. Knowing mum is so well cared for is very important to our family.

My mother has been at Kingsley House for 8 months. Initially, she was extremely anxious about having to live in a care home, but now, due to the care and consideration of all the staff, she has become completely at ease and is totally settled with her routines. Both we and my mother agree that the staff here are absolutely wonderful, always attending quickly to my mother's needs. We are warmly welcomed by the staff when we visit and are kept well informed of any changes in her circumstances. Finally, we would like to say that we really appreciate all the care that she receives and the way she receives it from the whole team, keeping her smiling and laughing whilst they go about their daily tasks.

The home has a family feel and residents appear happy and secure within their surroundings. The accommodation is spacious and clean with homely decor. The staff are delightful, always willing to support and help each resident with a smile. We are so pleased with the care and attention my mother is receiving at Kingsley House. Thank you.

Staff and management were brilliant. My mother had been in Kingsley House since last September. Treatment and kindness of all staff were excellent and professional.

It feels like a big family at Kingsley House, the professional service is excellent and the way in which it is delivered is friendly and extremely caring. The sensitivity of staff in ensuring resident's dignity is respected is notable and they do their best every single day for each resident. Thank you so much.

I was delighted, even overwhelmed with the care my sister received. From the moment she arrived. after a long journey, she was treated with care, warmth and dignity as they made her comfortable. She told the doctor she was happy, in the best place possible. She felt safe, loved and in particular valued as everyone knew her by name. She was afforded dignity at all times. On the visit, we were instantly updated on her condition, her drugs and what treatment she was receiving. This was very comforting to us. All staff were endlessly cheerful, going above and beyond, and you were met with a smile. It was a happy place for my sister's life to end. With thanks.

I think the staff are very caring and polite to me. They are all very kind and deal with my needs when asked. The room is very pleasant and has everything I need. I have only been here a short time, but everyone has made me feel welcome. All the nursing staff are friendly and make my care as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this home to anyone in need of care, compassion and friendship.

Kingsley House is a very warm, welcoming care home. My mum is in there and I couldn’t ask for more love & care for her. The staff are caring and understanding for the needs of all residents. The entertainment and trips are amazing. The residents enjoy every minute. I highly recommend Kingsley House for any loved ones.

I cannot praise the care my Dad has received highly enough. The staff are so warm and caring where nothing is too much trouble for them. The home is very clean and provides good meals. The manager along with all her staff are fully committed to delivering the best care where residents are treated with respect, dignity and great affection. I strongly recommend this care home which is full of dedicated staff delivering the best care in a very happy atmosphere and I would like to send a huge thank you to everyone.

My mother has been well cared for and is very happy at Kingsley. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the home is always clean and tidy. The manager is always on hand if I have any queries and keeps me informed of my mother’s care.

My dad moved to Kingsley House in April 2023 from hospital, he was very poorly when he arrived but since being there he has improved so much. The staff are amazing and also so friendly and cheerful, due to the nature of the home there are several residents that are needing extra care and patience, which the staff deal with using patience, respect and with care. My dad is happy there and has settled in very well. Thank you to everyone that cares for my dad and all the other residents, you are all one in a million.

My father has recently become a resident at Kingsley House Nursing Home and appears to be thriving, well cared for and staff are managing his needs very well. There is always a warm, friendly welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Extremely pleased and grateful for the care my father is receiving.

Most of my life was as a supervisor. A senior NCO in the army, a foreman in a manufacturing company responsible for 93 staff in a piecework environment. Then looking after my wife with dementia for 7 years until it was deemed too much for one person to cope. So to watch the way the staff at Kingsley deal with the situation most mortals would run away from. No fuss with speed and efficiency, at the same time treat the person as if they are very precious. Yes, they are very good.

Nice, warm living room with comfy chairs and TV, trips out and activities. The carers are lovely and have a lot on their hands. Looking forward to the extension being finished. Although my gran can be unfriendly, the carers and residents are so kind to her. It will be nice to have the visiting area open again when the building work is done and to be able to use the garden again in the summer.

I am residing at Kingsley House Nursing Home for the last 18 months and I believe it to be of an excellent standard of caring for the residents. There is a very high standard of service and care. The washing and ironing is kept to an excellent standard. The room service to the room is excellent. They celebrated their 25th Anniversary this Saturday 16th July 2022. We are very near the shops.

Kingsley House Nursing Home, Tetbury have been kind, caring and attentive to my husband over the past 2 years and made us feel very secure knowing the best is given to his needs from the nursing staff, carers and manager, who are all fantastic. I would say it's got to be given a very high recommendation for all the wonderful care given.

My sister has been a resident of Kingsley House for nearly 1 year. She moved in the middle of a lockdown and despite the necessary isolation was made very welcome. This level of care and personal attention has remained and she now regards the staff/home as her second family. It has been a difficult year for all of us but especially for care homes. Kingsley House has maintained a safe and high level of care for my sister and we as a family cannot thank them enough.

My husband has been in Kingsley House for the past four months. I have been very impressed with the level of care shown by the staff and the contented atmosphere in the home. I particularly value the visiting policy, which I feel helps keep my husband in touch with his many friends locally. I am also glad that there is lots going on for the residents to do - especially at this time of year. I am kept in touch if there are any problems and would like to thank the staff for their care in these difficult times which must be stressful for them all.

Kingsley House is a very warm, welcoming care home. My mum is in there and I couldn’t ask for more love & care for her. The staff are caring and understanding for the needs of all residents.
