All the staff are very caring and supportive of my stepfather's very challenging and complex needs. I'm kept up to date and included with his day-to-day care. Visitors are welcome to visit their relatives at any time. Thank you to everyone at Aspen Court.

Friendly caring home. The staff are amazing. Many have been there for a long time showing how dedicated they are. The room decor, equipment and facilities could do with some updating, modernising and repairing.

My mother lived at Aspen Court for several years with complex health needs. She was treated with dignity, was always clean and the food smelt delicious. Any medical issues, however small were immediately flagged up with me. The home always had themed decorations on display and staff seemed to be much valued with what seemed to be limited staff turnover. Visiting and seeing familiar faces was comforting and welcoming. The manager always had time for a chat, knowing this was important. Stimulating activities suitable for the needs of residents were on offer and it was nice having the ability to sit outside in the pleasant garden area.

My husband has been cared for at Aspen Court for over 2 years now and is always looked after with kindness and respect. I would just like to say a really big thank you to all the staff and his carers for this and also thank you for the welcome and friendliness I receive when I visit him. l am always kept informed of any changes as to how he is. I would also like to say that all staff and carers are really kind respectful and so caring to all the residents there. Thank you all again.

Aspen Court Care Home is an amazing place with wonderful staff from the cleaners all the way through to the manager. My dad's care is exceptional and this is down to the high standard of respect and care shown to my Dad. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for everyone who make every day for my Dad so special. A heartfelt thank you to you all.

Our experience, my brother, aunty and myself found it second to none. Mum was in there for four years. The staff were so caring towards her and to the family. She was all dressed nicely, they painted her nails often. I thought was lovely! All the staff were always very welcoming on arrival. Always kept us informed of any changes in her. Couldn't have wished her to spend her last years in any other care home. Her end-of-life care was made as peaceful and comfortable as it possibly could be, so grateful to you all for the care and respect you showed to us too. Once again, thank you to all the staff at Aspen Court. Highly recommend!

My dad is a resident here and has advanced dementia. He has lived in various care homes in the past 3 years and I can honestly say this is the best one he has lived in. It is very clean and fresh and always welcoming. My dad is always clean and very well-presented despite the fact that he can be very challenging and uncooperative due to his dementia. His clothes are clean and pressed and he appears very happy and settled. The staff are amazing, always helpful and friendly and are very kind to the residents. Thank you on behalf of my dad. You are all amazing.

My wife is well looked after in Aspen Court, treated humanely as a person, not a number. Aspen Court is a highly competent place with caring staff. I commend it.

I and the wider family are so grateful for the understanding care given to my husband with dementia. His condition is complex therefore the carers have to demonstrate resilience and compassion day by day. This they certainly do and my husband remains as content as possible in his lost world of dementia. Thank you to you all.

My husband has been in Aspen Court Care Home since February 2021 and I am very satisfied that there was a place available for him when he needed it. He could not be in a better place as the staff are all so kind, caring, and cheerful even when he presents difficulties due to his condition. It is clean, comfortable and a happy atmosphere, despite the extra strain of coping during the Covid pandemic. Everyone can be seen to be doing their best at all times, I am always made welcome and notified of any problems and I would have no hesitation in recommending it highly.

The care provided by Aspen Court has always been exemplary. The staff are all wonderful. They have never failed to communicate any problems with my dad's health and any changes to his care and medication. My dad has always been treated with respect, and everyone has been very caring, even though he had very complex health problems. Following my dad's stroke it was his choice not to join in with activities and stay in his room.

A massive thank you to everyone at Aspen Court for the care they showed my mum over the last 3.5 yrs. The care mum received was exceptional. She passed away at the home recently and myself and my sister were treated so kindly and mum cared for with great sensitivity and kindness. All the staff, the nurses, manager, cleaners, laundry personal, activity staff, receptionists, kitchen staff and the handyman, treated us and mum with the utmost respect. We really could not have asked for more. It has been a very difficult year with the pandemic but all the staff had mums best interests at heart and did their very best to ensure mum was as happy as she could be, despite her failing health. Thank you so much, everyone. My family and I will miss visiting you all!

My dad passed away last December 2020 after being there nearly 3 years, I can only speak very highly of all concerned, they were all so kind, thoughtful, caring and showed the utmost respect for dad, he was always kept clean tidy and they always put dad's interests first. They are more than carers, they were part of his extended family.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the absolute care, love and attention my father received during his stay at the home. It was a very difficult time with the limitations and restrictions of Covid and not being able to visit, but when we were able to, we could see that there was no doubt that he'd been in the best care. We were informed daily of our father's progress. The room and facilities were the best for his comfort. He was always freshly dressed, clean-shaven and full dignity kept. All the carers we met were polite and could not do enough for us. Thank you.

I have been unable to visit my father, as I live abroad. However, I call the home on a weekly basis, and whenever I ring, the staff are wonderful. Very friendly and always willing to find my father, so that we can talk. My mum obviously cannot visit now, due to the lockdown, but when she was visiting regularly, she told me how fantastic the staff were, how much care they took of my father, and how welcome she always felt while visiting him. It's hard to be so far from my dad, and unable to visit, but knowing he's in a place where he's treated well, and with care and respect, makes it easier to bear. I appreciate all the hard work, care and professionalism that the staff provide, and thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

My mum spent nearly 3 years at Aspen Court until she passed away this month. It is only a small care home, but everyone is treated like family and you will never have to worry about the welfare of your loved one. The devotion of the carers is exceptional and family are made to feel welcome at any time. The nursing staff made my mums end of life care pain-free and helped her family cope in this difficult time.

We couldn't have wished for better treatment than that which my husband received at Aspen Court. The staff to patient ratio was excellent. They were "always there", bright, cheerful and very respectful. I would recommend Aspen Court without hesitation.

The care my wife received was excellent. She was kept well looked after and seemed to be happy with the staff. Her room was kept clean and she was well treated by all the staff and was personally happy most of the time although she had difficult days as her condition determined due to the disease.
