View Full Details of Immacolata HouseThis is a lovely facility with a very friendly and caring feel about it. The staff are very helpful and compassionate.
I have just had a lovely visit with my mother in law. She was calm and happy. They looked after us and we had a stroll around the farm together before lunch. The staff were lovely helping me label her clothes and looking after us with cups of tea and coffee.
My mother in law seems really happy now. It took her a while to accept that she wouldn't be able to manager at home. She doesn't venture out of her room very often preferring to watch her TV. All the staff are really lovely.
Mum receives a high standard of care. We are kept informed of any health issues and concerns. All the staff are lovely and welcoming.
The home is set in the most beautiful and peaceful location, and the staff and manager go above and beyond to make a homely, welcoming and stimulating environment for residents and visitors alike. My family can't praise and thank the staff of Immacolata House enough. My father lived there for the last 3 years of his life. I particularly want to thank them for their care for my father in the last days of his life. Even though he wasn't really aware of his surroundings, the carers continued to treat him with kindness and respect and continued to make him comfortable. They were also so kind to my family and I as we spent his final hours with him. We will never forget them.
From the day my dad came the whole team have been amazing and made the transition for my dad and the whole family so much easier. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and understanding. We couldn't wish for a more especially when we know it is not always easy.
Pleasant environment with excellent staff.
Dad came into Immacolata on the 7th May 2024, since he came in we have been very pleased with the care he has received, and the welcoming we also received making us feel very comfortable every time we visit. Dad continues to receive great care and now with his one to one care 12 hours a day, this has made such a difference. What a great team.
I visited my brother regularly. He can have challenging behaviour due to his condition. I only know he is treated well when I am here because of his condition, he says that is not always the carers. Staff are very friendly to us.
Very very good.
My husband is very well supported and cared for by kind and caring staff. He has a clean and tidy room, almost like hotel! His diet has always been carefully catered for especially when he was loosing weight. There is always a calm and relaxed atmosphere throughout the home. The activities/events put on for residents and their families are always fantastic and inclusive of all. Overall excellent.
Overall very satisfactory
My husband came into Immacolata House on 7th May 2024 he settled in well. I am very pleased with the care he is given.
This is a friendly well staffed caring home. All the staff said hello and were welcoming. A member of staff said he was happy and settled here. He seems content and well-looked after. The staff keep in regular contact with me by email and phone. His bedroom is clean and tidy. We get regular invites to social functions. The corridor bell is always ringing.
I found my friend to be very happy and content. I can only describe Immacolata House as a warm and friendly house place to be.
As soon as I was offered the vacancy for my wife I was very happy. This was due to the care and respect I knew she would receive from the staff while she would be there. Her mother had the same level of care while she was there before her. The staff are very kind and respectful to my wife and always keep me up to date on any developments.
Enjoy coming to visit him. He seems happy and is well looked after.
We are so pleased with the care dad has received since coming to Immacolata. He is settled and seems very happy here. Also really pleased with the care afforded to mum when she visits regularly and this care and support have made the huge change easier to cope with as she feels so welcome here.
Continued compassionate and dignified care for my mother and our family. Appreciate all the help and kindness. The staff in particular deserve recognition for the excellent care and attention. Would highly recommend Immacolata.
I can't thank the staff enough for the excellent care they give to my husband.
