My son started residence at Parkside in late January and my daughter and I are so happy that he did! He has now settled and is happy. The staff are all friendly, approachable, polite and caring. We feel that my son is very safe and very well looked after. Our thanks to the management and staff.

The staff are always courteous, always helpful and caring to me and my family. The staff keep my husband clean, fed and treat him with dignity. They are all lovely! And keep me informed if they need to.

The home is very clean and the staff are excellent. I cannot fault the home Park Side in any way everyone is friendly and I am more than happy with the care my husband gets.

My mum resided at Parkside from February 2014 - March 2016. Everyone at Parkside looked after my mum in a kind and dignified manner. I knew that my mum was safe there and her needs would be met. The staff were kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble. Whatever time of day I visited my mum the staff always had a smile on their face. There was always a cup of coffee on mums table and something to eat. During mums end of life care the staff treated mum as if she were their own mum. The care and consideration they showed mum and my family will never be forgotten. Entrusting your loved one to a care home is a very difficult decision but please know that if you choose Parkside your loved one will receive the best possible care. Thank you Parkside for looking after my mum.
