View Full Details of Hampton Court Care HomeThe staff at this care home are very caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. The care my husband receives is fantastic and staff members are so patient and understanding. The staff are very good at keeping me informed. Not only do they look after my husband, they are very welcoming to myself and my family. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend this nursing home.
The care home is clean and bright, they pay attention to making it more like a real family home not a setting. The staff relate to the residents with dignity and compassion. It is so much nicer and fresh since the manager took over.
My dad was in Hampton Court Care Home from March 29th up to his passing 24th December. I can't thank the staff enough, too many to mention for all the care my dad received. Everybody works extremely hard and are very dedicated. The home is spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely. I also like that the home had regular events for the residents, I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home to anyone thinking of putting a loved one in a home. Thank you all again.
Once again I have found mum to be well looked after, comfortable and eating cottage pie. The staff are brilliant! It helps to know that mum is well cared for by the kind and caring staff. I would recommend Hampton Court Care Home to everyone!
Since my mother has become a resident at Hampton Court, she has shown great improvement in her condition. She is so much happier since being here and that is down to the wonderful, attentive care she is receiving. The home has a fabulous, clean, happy and caring environment. All of the staff are amazing people that I cannot thank enough. I would recommend this home to anyone.
The last six months of my ex-husband's life couldn't have been spent in a better place. Such kind and patient caring staff, and plenty of them. The home is bright and spacious, he had a lovely room. The reception staff were always helpful.
Mom has been at Hampton Court for three months. Choosing a care home has been an emotional and difficult time for the family. The carers have been very supportive of Mom and family members while Mom has been settling in. The team have experience and knowledge in dementia and are always looking at ways to adjust to suit Mom's needs. I feel confident that she is safe and being cared for. She is treated with dignity and respect. The home itself is nicely decorated and clean. Bed linen is always fresh and Mom is in clean clothes. They have their own kitchen and prepare/cook everything on-site. There is an entertainment team to organise activities. There is always something happening.
Very happy with everything. My husband is satisfied with everything as well.
The resident we visit has been a lot better, his weight is going the right way since he moved from another care home. Food is really excellent, the care is unbelievable, also the support they give me. The time and patience they show is unbelievable. When we came last week, he was outside playing football, so happy. No better place!
I cannot express how amazing Hampton Court is. The facilities are second to none. The staff are so lovely and extremely caring. The support my father receives is truly amazing. He is treated with respect and dignity. Everything is spotlessly clean. My father was moved from another care home where he had refused to eat anything except for biscuits and desserts and refused to drink. He is now eating and drinking as should be. The food is wonderful. His room is wonderful. My father is very happy here and has settled in extremely well. Cannot fault anything.
The care staff have been excellent with me, Mum and my dad. The nurses are well-informed. I visited my dad on numerous occasions and found everything exceptional. All rooms are clean. My dad has always been clean, shaved and well-presented. My dad had problems eating, the food was not much he enjoyed and I saw that the meals really weren't that nice. No activities were arranged to suit my dad i.e. cooking/ shopping.
Since the first day my dad arrived, he has been well taken care of. The staff are always helpful and on hand if ever needed. The care home itself is so well presented with the utmost cleanliness. The rooms are homely with private bathrooms. My dad has been eating meals, drinking more and seems so much more peaceful since being here. I couldn't recommend Hampton Court Care Home more.
On arrival at home found the place very clean and the staff welcoming. I was at first apprehensive as my father had never received care from anyone other than family, after spending some time there my apprehension was eased after observing the quality of care and I feel very comfortable knowing my father is in safe hands.
Very happy with the service provided for my husband. He always looks clean and happy. He seems very settled and has made slight improvement with his mental health and well-being but also his eating and drinking. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond to aid myself, my family, and my husband.
My nan has been here for just under a year and I can honestly say the care is second to none. She has never been so happy and each drive to visit that used to hold anxiety now holds excitement and reassurance that she is cared for. Each carer knows my nan and her personality and I go away each time knowing she is cared for as the beautiful human she is. As someone who used to work in care, I can honestly say this care home is second to none in being the best.
Dad broke his hip when at his first care home. After his hip surgery, he was subsequently moved to Hampton Court, where Dad, family and relatives were given a warm welcome from the management, all the care staff and the nurses every time we visited. At Hampton Court, we were pleased with the care accorded to Dad. The staff members were so patient and understanding considering that Dad suffers from dementia and can be unruly sometimes. Sadly, however, Dad had to be moved to another care home with request from other family members for a reason that could have been solved. On his last day at Hampton Court, the staff gave Dad a very emotional farewell where a few tears were shed among us and the staff. My wife and I can't thank the staff enough for the help and care they've given Dad, and personally I would recommend this care home for anyone looking for a friendly, loving and caring home for a family member.
I love to visit Dad. He is well cared for, and the staff always make me feel at home. I make Dad drinks and eat meals with him. I stay and play cards and games. We have a chat in his room and talk to the other residents. Dad can be difficult at times, and I know he is treated with care and kindness.
My mom was moved to Hampton Court Care Home as a result of her vascular dementia worsening and the need for her complex needs to be more appropriately managed. The family were understandably concerned at the impact that this would have on my 90-year-old mom. A few months into her new home, our concerns have been fully alleviated. My mom has put on weight (despite losing her teeth her appetite is insatiable) and she is happy, content and her previous sparkle has returned. The care that she is in receipt of is phenomenal. Every carer we have met has a smile, a tale to tell on what my mom has been up to and importantly know her well! We have covered her room in the photos of her life (so we can discuss and gently remind her of her full life to date when we visit) and the staff have taken particular care to ensure her likes and dislikes are catered for. As we say in the Black Country...the care at Hampton Court is simply bostin!
Management communicates very well, and nothing is too much trouble. Watching the care staff interact with the residents is amazing; they work so hard - that is clear to see, and treat the residents with kindness and respect. We arrived in the evening, unannounced, to hear the residents singing and some dancing with care staff. The care staff involved all residents, making sure they were having a good time. I went to our aunt's bedroom and was amazed to see the effort the staff had put into her room; she is an Elvis fan, and there was a life-sized cut out of Elvis in her bedroom. The staff really do care about their residents. It was clear our aunt has personal-centred care. Management and staff took time to chat with us about how our aunt was, supplying us with valuable information - nothing was too much trouble. Knowing our aunt is in fabulous care hands is so reassuring, so thank you. Your smiles are infectious and definitely passed down to the residents; you really are all worth your weight in gold!
Hampton Court staff and management are fantastic in there roles! They helped my relative settle in, he had bonds with a number of staff which we was surprised at as he likes his own company and did stay in his room a lot but they checked on him regularly throughout the day and night as he doesn’t sleep well. We are gutted that it was decided he needed to be moved! (Not by our choice) The team helped us to try and keep him there as he loved it there, he just started mixing with other residents venturing out his room into the lounge and he didn’t want to leave! We can not thank them and all the staff on the lodge for everything they did. They had patience and took time to understand his needs as well as been there for us helping us through the process. I’ve worked in homes and with experience I can put my hand on my heart and say this is the best home I’ve come across! Wish we could have kept him at Hampton Court!
