Lavender Court is a lovely nursing home. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them. The care and kindness that is shown to Mom is amazing. I would recommend the home to anyone who is looking to place a family member in care.

Thank you so much for making Dad and ourselves so welcome into your home, a year ago today already. Your care, kindness and support help us all and lovely to see Dad's face light up when you come over and chat! Despite an emotional year, we have happy memories here with events and activities, lots of photos and thank you again for the 3 little dogs coming to visit! We couldn't have wished for a better care home. Thank you again to everyone for all that you do. Enjoy the chocolates.

Lavender Court has been home for my husband for the past 3 1/2 years, everyone is so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I'm very happy with the care that is provided for my husband.

My husband moved into Lavender Court recently and immediately settled in very well. The whole team do an amazing job, nothing is too much trouble, and they all do their utmost to provide a safe, caring and homely environment for both residents and their relatives, and always with a smile.

Lavender Court is a lovely home, excellent care and wonderful food with plenty of choice. Welcoming staff. My husband has settled in nicely, his face lights up when he sees the staff, this is all due to the care he receives. Thank you.

Firstly it would be very easy to write that everything is 100% perfect, nothing is. However, it has to be said that me and my family are very happy with the care that my wife receives. The home is always clean and tidy and the staff are all wonderful. But the main indicator of how good things are is that when we visit my wife is always happy. It is still difficult that we are parted most of the time but made easier by the knowledge that my wife is being well cared for.

Our experience of Lavender Court has been very positive. I am confident my dad is well looked after and his medical health and well being is monitored regularly. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The home is cleaned to a good standard. As his health has deteriorated, the nurses have been very responsive and have promptly called in appropriate medical support. The food is excellent and consistently adapted to his needs. The rooms can get quite hot but a fan has been provided.

I am so happy with every aspect of care my mom receives at Lavender Court, I really cannot find fault with anything. Every single member of staff is friendly and always make me feel welcome. It is spotlessly clean and always smells so fresh, my mom is glowing and has put weight on due to the beautiful homemade food that is on offer. Communication is excellent and I am always kept up to date with every aspect of Mom's day-to-day care, health, activities and her general well-being, it's almost like everyone is family. I didn't want Mom to have to go into care but Lavender Court really is a home from home and I would recommend it to anyone that asks and believe me I am hard to please especially when it comes to Mom. Well done to every single member of staff you are all amazing, please keep doing what you do.

Mom has settled in well in Lavender Court. She seems happy when family have visited. Mom is always clean and well kept. Staff keeps fairly well informed with all aspects of Mom's health and well being.

The care home provides very good care for my father. He doesn't speak much but the carers who speak Punjabi do frequently try and speak to my dad in Punjabi to encourage him to speak. Been tough not having him at home but he is at the best possible place.

My nan Edna had been here since 2020. She became poorly and was at end of life up until she passed away yesterday. When I say this home goes above and beyond it goes without saying. This place is one big family and I felt very special to be a part of it. All the residents have Dementia and if they think they’re working, or own the place anything the staff play along, nothing is too much for them. I really will miss Lavender Court and every person in there. A massive thank you to all the staff/carers but all of you are fab and really look after the residents. Dementia is a cruel disease but to know your loved ones, safe to be able to be who they are makes all the difference for us at home. I will be forever grateful to Lavender Court for loving my nan you lot are just one of a kind.

I have no concerns regarding the care of my mum-in-law in Lavender Court for the last three years. The staff are always polite and respectful. My mum is kept clean and dignified 24/7. I would recommend it to anyone.

I’m really happy with the care they give to my mum. She’s always happy every time I see her, they look after her really well. If I had any issues I always managed to talk to the manager when things are wrong.

I have visited three times and each time I have been impressed with the cleanliness (no odours) and friendliness of the staff. They all seem to want to do their best for residents and visitors alike. I would recommend "Lavender Court" to others.

My mom was only in Lavender Court for a few short weeks. My family and I were impressed by the care, support and professionalism of the staff. During her last few days, the care shown to my mom and myself was nothing but kind and compassionate. Thank you to all of the team at Lavender Court.

We have found the care home to be kind, caring and compassionate with our mum and ourselves. A few niggles (as you would expect) but overall happy with the care provided and grateful that Mum is safe 24/7.

My mom is in Lavender Court and has been there for nearly 3 years. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and show nothing but kindness, love and care to the residents. Mom is always clean, and she looks well cared for, Mom has dementia and though she doesn't know us, she shows great affection to the staff and says she loves them all. Mom's room is clean and tidy, and the home itself is clean and tidy. There is plenty to do, to help residents lead as full a life as possible. The home telephones you straight away with any concerns regarding Mom and I find this a great comfort.
