Very good.

We made an excellent choice in bringing my wife to this care home. She is well looked after by caring and friendly nursing and care staff. The facilities are good and the outside grounds are beautiful. There is an excellent and varied activities programme. The fee are appropriate for a home of this standard.

I cannot fault the care with which you treated my aunt in the last week of her life. You provided attentive care at Bricklehampton, she was not always able to communicate. She was treated with such respect in such beautiful surroundings enabling all her family and friends to visit and say goodbye to her properly. Thank you.

I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to all the staff who made the last few months of my sister's life better than could have been achieved anywhere else. The love and care that she was given could not be surpassed. Everyone was so kind and caring and I know that my sister really felt that she was among friends. My thanks go out to all of you. When my time comes, I only hope that I will be in such a wonderful place and with such wonderful people to look after me.

Can’t praise the care, compassion and dedication enough! The staff were brilliant! My husband went in to be assessed for a month but unfortunately passed away while in there. Had he not passed away, I would certainly have considered leaving him in their very capable hands. The staff were not only brilliant with him but were so caring to me and our relatives as well.

I would like to thank the team at the care home for looking after my mum during the last few months of her life. Mum spent seven months there and my brothers and I found all of the team to be professional, compassionate and caring. Mum took part in the many activities and there was always a smiling face or someone to chat with, so she never felt lonely. Mum loved being pushed in her wheelchair around the lovely grounds in this peaceful location. When mum started to get really ill, the team there were extremely supportive of my family, keeping us informed and offering empathy when we needed it. I cannot fault their caring nature and professionalism. Thank you to all of the team at Bricklehampton during this difficult time.

My father has resided in the home for over 12 months, and my mother for four months. They are both very well cared for, happy and content. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff team, and they have built an excellent relationship with them. The management team keep us informed, and activities happen almost daily, which we can see on the regular Facebook updates. The food looks lovely, and my parents enjoy it. The location and views around the home are fabulous, and my parents really enjoy the garden. I am really happy we chose this care home as it feels homely and safe.

My mum has been cared for at Bricklehampton Hall Nursing Home for twelve years. I cannot fault the care and attention she has received. Staff are very caring especially, they go above and beyond! The home is clean with nice decor. The food is four star.

Bricklehampton Hall is in a lovely setting. The staff are very welcoming. My husband is kept clean and tidy. The home is very clean whatever time you visit. Overall, very happy with the care provided.

I have not answered the value for money question as I have no information to compare it with. My friend says she is happy here and the staff are kind to her so it could be said to be good value for her money.

My husband had one month's respite at Bricklehampton Hall. The care and facilities are very good. The staff are helpful and friendly.

This is a caring place that has kindness and a person-centred approach to everyday problems faced by the elderly and disabled. It took our family some time to find here and we are pleased we did. They've negotiated covid and the problems of staff retention, with grace. Thank you.

My father arrived very frail and uncertain. He was welcomed, told that this is his home and treated with love and understanding. The staff were also very supportive of myself at a very difficult time. 2 and a half years later, we feel very happy and confident with the care he receives. Lots of activities if he wishes. Beautiful gardens to walk around or sit and have coffee. Trips out and an annual garden fete. Also cheese and wine and barbecue evenings. The staff work hard and are very caring. Thank you Bricklehampton.

I have been in this nursing home since January 2019. I settled in well and found all the facilities to my liking. Elegant surroundings and large well kept garden. Comfortable room with superb views. Management of staff caring and efficient. Activities are good. I consider myself to be fortunate in my choice of nursing home.

Months ago a shop owner expressed her satisfaction at the care at Bricklehampton Hall and I made a mental note. Asking around, this home has a high reputation. Sadly at short notice, my mum needed care at the end of her life. She did not want to go in but the location and the friendliness of care staff were impressive and she settled well. Her condition needed quite a bit of care to position her and staff were attentive to this. As an ex-nurse specialist, I have many years of nursing issues and if I had any worries or concerns, these were addressed. Having qualified nurses in situ means injections can be given promptly rather than waiting for district nurses. A special mention to the maintenance and cleaning staff who were so friendly and efficient. Bricklehampton Hall may not be the cheapest but it would be worth twice as much. My mum had dignity and peace and happiness at the end in a very difficult death. The GP's were also exceptional. I recommend this place highly.

Disappointed with the overall level of care. Some of the staff were excellent but several others were not so good hence my low score.

My husband has been a resident for 17 months, the first impression when arriving, beautiful large house and grounds are very well kept. The staff are kind, helpful and always cheerful. The home smells nice. My husband is well groomed, clothing very clean, rooms regularly cleaned good food, lovely sweet trolley, plenty of activities and the staff always happy to transfer residents to a wheelchair to take out. Just sometimes short staffed weekend afternoons and staff try utmost to settle residents. My husband settled well. I am very happy with the care.

I cannot find fault with the home or the excellent staff who have always been extremely helpful and caring towards my mother. I thoroughly recommend Bricklehampton Hall Nursing Home to all of my friends and family.

My Mother-in-Law was admitted to Bricklehampton from hospital in April, sadly she died in June but her short stay was a very happy experience for her and the family. Her care was second to none and the end of life care that she had was excellent and meant that we did not have to move her again to a hospital which would have been traumatic for her and us.
