My mother was a resident for 5 years and sadly passed away on the 8th February 2025. I cant thank the home enough for the care and kindess they showed my mother during her time at the home. They always treated mum with the utmost dignity and it was a constant relief to the family that she was extremely well cared for. I have been visiting my friend for a number of years in Grosvenor House. During this time, I have seen that she is treated so well by the staff. It is reassuring to know that she has people to look after her as she is unable to care for herself. Thank you.
Our Mum moved into Grosvenor House after a long hospital stay, having reached the need for end-of-life care. That care has been outstanding in every way. Every member of the team has been kind, welcoming, and professional, the food excellent and the accommodation first class. Above all, the compassion, care and respect shown to Mum has been amazing, extending to our whole family. Thank you so much for making Mum's twilight days as good as they could ever possibly be.
