Staff amazing, supportive, kind, compassionate + also humou, food superb. Cant fault anything. Absolutely recommend without hesitation. Massive thanks for the care given to mom, my sister and myself in moms final days.

From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and care in the home. Mom only spent 10 days being cared for in the home. In that time she was cherished by staff who were nursing her as she came to end of life. They kept her comfortable, additionally, my sister and I were made to feel so welcome and encouraged to spend as much time as we wanted with her. We were made to feel part of the family and they cared for us too, ensuring we were comfortable, fed and watered! Every member of staff treated us like family. We are so grateful. Mom died peacefully, with us present. A dignified, loving and special experience. Sensitively handled.

While my mum was in the care of Chaseview Care Home, I can only commend how brilliant the overall care and protection that mum received. From the nursing staff to activities coordinators and higher, these people here take great pride in caring and have great empathy for the people in their care. I would recommend Chaseview, 100%, for being a brilliant care home, if you were unsure. No regrets here! Thank you to all the staff for looking after my mum so well.

My Mom came to Chaseview in February and since settling she has become calm I can only put this down to the lovely and caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble and my Mom has all the care that she needs. Chaseview is a 'home from home'. I'm truly grateful my Mom resides here.

Excellent care and attention were given to our Aunt and us. They ensured we were happy and understood all aspects of her end-of-life management and were supportive of our needs. Very happy with the care given by the staff, gentle caring and very respectful.

The home exceeds all expectations I cannot praise it enough. The care and compassion of the wonderful staff is exceptional. Never once was I asked to wait if I asked for something to be done for my Mom, nothing was ever too much trouble. As a family, they have given us peace of mind to know she is safe and well cared for. Mom is happy here and feels safe. Thank you for everything you do for her and us.

Every time we visit our friend at Chaseview Care Home the staff and all who work there are very nice and friendly. They talk to you and smile.

We always know that she is being cared for and her needs are met, actually more so than we, as a family, could now do. She is always clean and comfortable and even though she no longer communicates verbally, she definitely knows voices and clearly responds to the friendly, supportive and loving voices of the staff here. We are so lucky that Chaseview is her home. She is content and happy here. Thank you.

My father was taken into dementia care in May to Chaseview. We didn’t know what to expect and am pleased that he has settled in very well. His needs are tailored to him as an individual and the staff and management fully appreciate that each person is individual. The activity staff are joyful, the caring staff attentive, the cleaners efficient, and the management approachable. My father has a cracking sense of humour but finds it difficult to get to know people as he is shy, the team have given him time and assurance and he is now coming out of his shell. Thank you Chaseview.

Mother has been at Chaseview Care Home for over four and a half years. She's happy and content and extremely well looked after. The staff are so friendly and always on hand to help. Plenty of entertainment to pass the day away. Food always smells delicious - makes me feel hungry. Always clean and tidy. We feel lucky to have found such a wonderful home for Mom's end of days.

Chaseview Care Home was always clean, my mom said the food was nice. The staff are lovely and friendly people and there was plenty going on.

The home is brilliant overall. Staff are always warm and welcome to visitors, the home is always very clean everywhere! My grandmother has been residing in Chaseview Care Home for less than twelve months but we have never had any concerns to express. My grandmother chooses to spend a lot of her time in her room but the staff appear very attentive to this, she is never short of refreshments and staff members checking in on her. The facilities at the home are second to none, even having their own cafe for service users to spend time with family and friends. After having a long career in health care, I could not recommend this home enough. My grandmother is always very happy, clean and cared for.

This care home has been, so far, wonderful. They have welcomed my father with open arms, they can't do enough for him, so helpful. They care a lot for the residents, making sure they are well looked after.

I would like to sing the praises of the entertainment ladies for all that they do and try to do to entertain and encourage all the residents. They have spent months planning Christmas activities and fete only for it all to be cancelled due to Covid. Thank you so much for all your kindness you give to my mum and everyone else. Keep up the good work, don't let this situation stop you going forward. Chase View are lucky to have you both.

Chaseview Care Home is a lovely building, clean and decorated lovely. Rooms are big with a very good-sized bathroom. All staff are caring, friendly and helpful.

My sister arrived here beginning of October and I have found Chaseview very welcoming. Staff are cheerful and very helpful and caring. Very clean rooms. My sister seems happy and content.

I am extremely pleased at how well my dad has settled into Chaseview Care Home. A few months ago we didn't think he would make it, he was so ill. He is happy and content at Chaseview. The staff have been amazing and are happily helping Dad to adjust to his new way of life. They are so attentive and caring. Activities are really food and Dad is encouraged to be involved. He is also well fed. Well done to everyone.
