View Full Details of Treetops Court Care HomeThis is the third home Mum has been in since April 2024 and this is the only 1 she settled into straight away. Lovely helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
The staff are always very polite and helpful. I know that my mum is in the best place. The staff are always friendly and caring, looking after my mum and looking after us too.
Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Dad is settling in well and adjusting to living in a care home, which is bright, clean and nicely decorated. There are plenty of outside spaces to enjoy fresh air in lovely wooded surroundings. Food always smells good and is served in a very tasteful dining room. Professional staff always have a smile for us all.
My husband has settled in well at Treetops Court Care Home, where he is having the best care, he is shown warmth and kindness from all the staff. The home has a warm and friendly environment. The choice of menu is varied at all meal times. It's very clean and comfortable, his room is lovely. Thank you to everyone for looking after him and making me welcome.
I am so grateful for all the care and support that is given by staff to my mother. They provide consistently an excellent high standard of care. My mother is treated with respect and dignity. As I do not live locally it is so reassuring to me to know she is receiving such personalised care. The home manager and deputy are visible and fully aware of the residents and their needs. The staff always keep me updated in a timely manner of any changes. The staff appropriately involve me in reviews and I always feel listened to. Thank you does not seem enough.
My husband and I have been visiting Treetops weekly to see my brother. We have always found the staff to be caring and helpful and excellent attention to the residents, been when very short-staffed. My brother has been a resident for over 12 months and seems to be very comfortable.
My Grandma was a resident at Treetops between 2019-2024 during this time she received residential, Elderly Mentally Infirm and end-of-life care. Throughout this time she experienced excellent high-quality care, provided by staff that worked as a team, and consistently go above and beyond. My Grandma developed skin cancer on her right temple and this developed into a large wound, the staff did an exceptional job of dressing and preventing infection, even when my Grandma's behaviour could be very challenging. My Grandma was a proud independent woman and to watch her dementia take her over was extremely difficult, as a family we have found comfort in knowing she was given the best possible care by staff who genuinely cared. As a family, we felt the staff at Treetops not only cared for my Grandma but for us as a family. Grandma will leave a huge hole in all our lives, but we will be forever grateful to TreeTops for the dignity and compassion provided.
My mum has been here for quite a few years as her dementia has progressed and I can’t fault Treetops Court Care Home, lovely home-cooked food, plenty of activities and the staff feel like extended family, they care for my mum and me with such compassion. Now that she has palliative care this is even more apparent.
Having a relative in care is never easy, but we are so lucky to have Mum at Treetops. Everyone is treated like the individual that they are and the atmosphere is one of fun, love and genuine caring. We couldn't have chosen a better place and as a bonus, they even let us bring the horse to see Mum!
Immediately greeted with friendly smiles and welcome. My husband was in the lounge when I visited on his first day and seemed very relaxed and at home already. He had got from his room to the communal lounge with his Zimmer frame, and some help. I was told that I could visit at any time and that I could join him for a communal meal whenever I wanted for a very small fee. I was given the entry and exit codes. My younger daughter and I were shown his room and the staff who would be looking after him. We put a suitcase of clothes into a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We noticed his en suite toilet facilities, his view of the garden and his downstairs room which would make it easier for him to travel around, with help, and his Zimmer frame. We left him with books and papers, his watch and a radio. We intend to bring in a TV which we understood could be easily set up by the maintenance team. We both thought that Treetops showed a relaxed, friendly attitude to both clients and visitors.
We find that Nanna's room is always clean and tidy, it's very spacious and is decorated to a high standard. All staff are very lovely and cater to Nanna's every need. We are very happy with the service provided.
Treetops and all the staff give excellent care to my grandad. He has been a resident since August 2023 ad all his needs are met both day and night. All the staff have gone the extra mile to help him settle into his new home. They have really got to know him well. We have no concerns at all about his care, he is happy and we have all become part of the Treetops family.
Very happy with the care and attention shown to my husband. He knows all his carers and he talks to all of them. I am pleased with his bedroom and I think he is too. The cleanliness is second to none. The food is excellent and my husband doesn't leave anything at all. We chose the right care home, which is like their home, due to this being a family-run home.
I was really disappointed with the laundry being lost and very much taken to the wrong people. The staff have taken this into hand and there is a vast improvement. I realise it is very hard when residents can wander, including my own husband. The care and attention given to residents is without fault. Thank you to all involved with the running of the home.
Since moving into Treetops Court Care Home, my mum has settled really well. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It is good to know that she is in really good hands. I would highly recommend this care home.
On every visitation, we find that the staff at Treetops Court Care Home are attentive to the needs of Dad and always appraise us of Dad's care and behaviour and ongoing needs. We always leave reassured of things and confident Dad's needs are met and upheld daily by all the staff.
The past two months have been difficult, but the staff and management have been very supportive and understanding. My son and I visited my husband on Christmas day - the residents were treated to a wonderful day. The kitchen staff provided an excellent tasty dinner for the residents. A very enjoyable day.
Me and my wife are really happy with our experience at Treetops Court. While we are visiting my mum there the staff are all very friendly and nice which makes us feel comfortable and relaxed there while visiting. Also, the staff always answer any questions that we may have, this all makes us content that my mum is being looked after properly.
I find all the staff very willing and cheerful. They are looking after my husband with care and kindness and he always looks clean and tidy. Thanks to them all.
