The staff at Hinckley Park are proffessional, caring and compassionate. They made Mum's stay comfortable and she ended her days in peace surrounded by people who truly cared.

From the time Mum arrived until her passing, you have displayed dignity, care, cooperation and wonderful support to her. Bless you all. Always first class from the first visit, wonderful 100th birthday party and updates us on Mum's condition regularly.

When we visited we were always made to feel welcome by all the staff. Everyone was very caring and kept us informed at all times about my mother-in-law's health and well-being. When she turned 100 the staff went above and beyond to do a lovely party for her which was greatly appreciated by the whole family.

The care my mum received in Hinckley Park Care Home was second to none. We made a good choice at short notice for nursing care. My mum had the best care. She was in there for ten weeks and cannot fault any of it. Everyone was so lovely, kind and respectful to Mum and all her family and let us grieve in peace when Mum passed. Thank you all at Hinckley Park, you're all angels.

Wonderful local care home which backs onto a park. My grandma had a lovely room with views of the garden. The staff treated her with great care. She was always clean, well fed and staff were regularly popping in to check in on her. Visitors were welcomed day and night and we were even offered sandwiches and drinks.

My dad was in Hinckley Park for 8 months with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Although he was worried about leaving his treasured home he settled in really quickly. All the staff were helpful and reassuring and each time they passed his door they made a comment. The constant company from visitors and staff made the time most enjoyable. Visitors were made welcome with a cuppa. The staff kept my dad clean and comfortable and helped feed him to the end. Many thanks for all your dedication and patience.

My mother was so beautifully looked after and cared for. I'm very grateful to know that her last years in the home, were the best we could have hoped for. The staff were wonderful and showed her how much they cared for her - really devoted and I wish to thank them with all my heart.

My dad was a resident for 14 months at Hinckley Park and during that time I cannot fault the care he received. The entire staff were warm and friendly towards my dad and the family. He was happy and content and the setting really felt like home. He was always given choices and his dignity was maintained throughout. Hinckley Park was definitely an excellent choice.

In my experience with the home, its facilities and it's staff, I can safely say I have no issues or problems with either. The staff are always helpful and supportive to me and have looked after my auntie with love and professionalism.

I found the nursing home to be spotless and homely. The staff were friendly and efficient and very caring, nothing was too much trouble. They treated with respect and care. I cannot praise Hinckley Park Home enough.

The care that my father received at Hinckley Park Care Home was exceptional. Each member of the team knew him and supported not just him but asked sincerely about my welfare too. The nursing team (daytime and night) took wonderful care of him, as did all the individual carers. It was the little acts of thoughtfulness that touched my heart. I highly recommend this care home for your relatives. Exceptional care.

The care given to my mother for end-of-life was outstanding. All staff were very considerate and she was treated with dignity and kindness. Many thanks to all concerned, it meant a lot to me.

Hinckley Park Care Home is a wonderful friendly home that takes great care of their residents. It is a homely place with friendly staff and exceptional care.

I've known the resident for twenty-four years now. She has been at Hinckley Park Care Home for three years. She came here after not being able to stay at her own home. My relative's care at the home has been fantastic - she's made friends and joins in with all creative activities with such encouragement from the activities supervisor. My relative has not been well at this time but the home has an open-door policy. The care to the family is fantastic.

My mum went into Hinckley Park Care Home at the height of Covid and stayed there for just under two years. Although it was hard in the beginning to see her. I knew she was safe and extremely well cared for. All the staff are very professional and treat everybody with respect, kindness and dignity. When mum passed away the support the family received was caring and genuine. Thank you.
