I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Grosvenor for all the care and support they give to mum, the home is beautifully decorated and really feels like a home from home, nothing is too much trouble to ensure mum is made to feel safe and comfortable but she is still able to retain a feeling of independence. Mum has been able to bring in some of her own furniture and ornaments so her room feels like 'hers'. The food is excellent and hot drinks and smiles always available.

This was our first visit. We have been made very welcome, staff all very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Seems to be a very inviting and friendly home.

The home is always clean and warm with excellent facilities and food. The staff are very caring, hardworking and efficient. Queries are dealt with promptly and there are always staff available to discuss Mum's needs.

Mum joined the Grosvenor House family in October 2024 and since she moved in she has loved the company, the environment and especially the love and care she has been shown by the amazing team. Everyone is so kind and supportive and a lot of fun! Mum's days are filled with interesting activities, visits, opportunities to relax and she loves her room and the wonderful food too! The Grosvenor House team have made a huge difference to Mum and to us as a family.

Great care home with plenty of staff who are well organised and helpful. They're never too busy to talk or help. The rooms are clean, residents all seem happy. Good activities, amazing food and a lovely location.

Grosvenor House has delivered great care to my mother across all areas. As her daughter, I can see how well my mother has settled and has become comfortable in her new home. As a visitor, I have become more and more at ease coming to and leaving Grosvenor House. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, without exception. I feel my mother could not be in a better place. She would not have the interaction, stimulation or be safe if she were in her own house.

Very friendly professional staff, nothing is too much trouble. Moved my stepdad to a room with a better view which is a lot nicer for him as he spends most of the time in bed. Have had some of the Sunday lunches here and they are excellent.

My grandma moved in here and it has been life-changing for her and our family. She has gained weight, made friends and has settled in wonderfully. It is great to see her socialising after living on her own for so long. I have just attended the bonfire night celebrations. Which were fantastic. It is such a relief to know she is always safe and well cared for.

All staff and management are amazing. Managed to find my mum a room at very short notice, even arranged transport to ring her into the home. Very comfortable and homely surroundings.

Mum moved in two months ago and quite frankly this has been life-changing. She has gained weight, is socialising, entertaining and well cared for. This has exceeded anything I could have hoped for. The whole staff team are exceptional, it is like walking into a family home every day. Simply amazing.

My wife arrived at Grosvenor House six weeks ago needing nursing care. She has received excellent medical care and is much improved both physically and mentally. We have found all of the staff, without expectation to be caring, helpful and sensitive to our needs. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and we are very grateful.

My mum moved into Grosvenor House at the start of this month. Since being there the staff and management have been very supportive and understanding with my mum's transitioning. Everyone is friendly and I always get updates on how my mum is settling in, how she is eating etc.

I visit Mum every week and she is always happy and well cared for. As a family we are very pleased with how she is looked after.

My mother has been here 3 years and I think the home has just got better. The staff are friendly, attentive and caring. The home is well-led and deals with anything that needs improving straight away. It appears improvement to the home is constant. My mother is well looked after and carers and staff go above and beyond. The entertainment is so good and always fun. Manager is very approachable and takes onboard anything raised and seems to be looking to improve all the time. Very proactive.

I have been visiting Grosvenor House since 2019. I have found everyone approachable. Always welcoming. The home is full of light. My questions are always answered. Altogether a lovely friendly atmosphere for residents and visitors.
