This care home is fantastic. There is a culture of love, friendship, kindness and of course care. Mum and we the family noticed the laughter and warmth compared to other homes we have experience of. Mum wanted for nothing. The facilities were great too. Well done Holly Tree!

Holly Tree Lodge has provided excellent nursing care to my father. The care has been person-centred and always fed back to us. The staff are warm and welcoming.

My father has lived at Holly Tree Lodge for a few months. We have found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, fresh, home grown and delicious. The room is comfortable, clean and tidy, light and airy. Activities are arranged daily and they try to suit everyone. We strongly recommend Holly Tree Lodge.

I cannot fault the care and service we have had from the initial enquiry to the moving in and all the lovely staff. I feel very happy in the knowledge that Mum is being very well cared for and is very happy.

My mother and father moved into Holly Tree Lodge in late January 2024 following falls at home and hospitalisation. They have been extremely well cared for and I do not recall ever seeing my mother so relaxed and happy. All the staff are amazing and there has not been one occasion when I mentioned something that was not already being dealt with. Absolutely top class. Thank you.

My mom has been at Holly Tree for just over seven months. The care has been excellent, the home is well-managed. All the staff have been so kind and caring. As a family, we have been well supported and thankful in the knowledge that Mum has been well looked after. She has truly enjoyed making new friends and joining in the fantastic activities programme each day. We would highly recommend Holly Tree, excellent five stars and more.

Couldn't thank this place any more for their services and support. They made our dad/grandad and great-grandad the most comfortable he could be whilst in the last weeks of his life. He made brilliant relationships and connections with all the staff there, they are genuinely lovely people who couldn't do any more for him. We also thought the fact that some of the staff came to the funeral was just lovely, you could tell it's more than just a job to them. Thank you so much.

The care staff and management went above and beyond to ensure my grandad was comfortable. The staff are very warm and friendly nothing was too much trouble for them. Can't thank them enough.

I can’t praise the staff enough for the care of my father-in-law and the support for the family. Nothing was too much for them. The home is clean and fresh-smelling. After he had a stroke the staff and management showed care and patience. Thank you.

Dad is treated with affection and respect by all staff. Since moving to Holly Tree Lodge his physical and mental health have actually improved. The activities coordinator is wonderful, warm and motivating which has made a big difference. He seems really settled and content now. The only thing we could wish for is that he could attend the church across the road but the minister does now come to the home to give communion. We are so grateful for everything the staff do.

I am so pleased with the care the home has given to my mother. She seems in much better health after being here since January 2024. She always looks freshly washed and happy, her clothes are kept clean and she is back to eating properly. I would really recommend this home.

Mum has been in this care home for the past two years. During this time, the staff have always been polite courteous, and attentive. Mum is happy and settled.

My husband is comfortable, and staff monitors his needs well. I feel the unit suffers from being understaffed. His needs are often met by the household staff, who are wonderful! I am very grateful! Any concerns I have, I feel I can approach the management for help and explanations. I know he is safe, as I understand how difficult his moods can be.

My dad has been in the home for nearly a year now, and as a family, we are very happy with the support and care he has had over his time in the home. He was bedbound when he arrived at the home, and we were told he was not going to be able to walk again. The home had him up and about within six weeks, and he is now settled in and is very complimentary about all the carers who work here. Would recommend the home to friends and family.

The care staff, catering, cleaning staff are second to none. The nursing staff's expertise in catering to Mum's specific nursing needs are above and beyond. All staff ensure Mum is comfortable and look to reduce her anxiety levels at all times. Mum appreciates all that is done to care and support her at this stage in her life.

Mum has been at Holly Tree Lodge for three months now with family visiting on a daily basis. In this time the care she has received has been first class and we have no complaints at all. The staff are really helpful and friendly and the home is always spotless. 'Spot on' I'd say.
