My mother in law is so happy with the care. She has made good friends. Management are always there to assist and help. All staff are available when needed. She gained weight and is able to walk again. She doesn't spend time in her bedroom because she likes to talk to everyone. Overall, excellent care! Environment is clean and the food has loads of choices.

The staff and management have been lovely, warm and welcoming. I have always felt happy and safe here. They all have been helpful and always welcoming, smiling and asking if we need anything, even making the children welcome. I love the way the residents are cared for and involved in daily activities, the best choice I made.

On my first visit to Hazelgrove Care Home, I was quickly aware of an enveloping air of a warm atmosphere. The numbers and attitudes of care staff are outstanding features. The example set by management is key. There is a consistency of patience and good humour amongst the entire team. My sister is settled and contented. She speaks affectionately of carers' attention to detail. She speaks affectionately too of the opportunities for individual and group stimulation. None of her family have worries about her physical, psychological or medical welfare.

The care my dad received at Hazelgrove Care Home was just the best, the dignity, respect, compassion, the carers, the nurses and management team were just brilliant. I found peace knowing Dad was in safe and capable hands. Dad was comfortable and pain-free. Thank you so much to each and every one of you, love to you all.

My experience is good. The lounge is excellent. Comfortable chairs and cleanliness is excellent. Health care is excellent, two-way conversation if a problem arises. Staff and managers are great. The meals are good, just about the right size.

My mum has had a new lease of life since being at Hazelgrove. She is happy and joins in with all the daily activities - no more panic attacks and trips to A&E. The staff are all very attentive, treating everyone as individuals. Excellent activities lead, always organising activities such as quizzes, crafts, games, baking, book club and many more. Management are very friendly and approachable. Food is excellent and caters to individual tastes. Furnishings are like home from home. We are very lucky to have been offered a place at Hazelgrove.

Hazelgrove is a fantastic care home. Staff are amazing and have a lovely warm, caring and fun attitude. The activities they put on are brilliant. Thank you so much. My relative is so happy living at the home and the staff are a family for her.

Hazelgrove is simply fantastic. My mum is so happy living here. The staff/carers are brilliant, very kind and always make such great efforts to make everyday special. We are very lucky to have mum living here, she has never been happier.

Hazelgrove family, my dad has been at Hazelgrove since October, the love and care is just amazing. There are always activities for everyone to join in. The food is amazing. It is lovely to see everyone so happy.

I love being at Hazelgrove Care Home. I am very well looked after. We do loads of activities daily and some nights. I feel safe at Hazelgrove. Everything is really clean. The food is amazing. And the staff are really kind and caring.

My mum has been here for around 2 months. Every time I visit no matter what time of day it is everyone is busy in some way. They do some wonderful activities, eg. painting, crafts, helping with cleaning. They even have their own choir. The carers are lovely, very attentive, polite, and do a wonderful job. The rooms are beautifully decorated and kept nice and clean. They go on plenty of trips and do lots of different concerts. My mum has really settled in thanks to all there.

Awesome! a fantastic team of genuinely caring people! If you are looking for a care home, visit Hazelgrove first. This is the one you should set your standards by. The genuine care by all the staff at Hazelgrove stands out from the minute you enter. Just listening to how the staff interact with patients and each other, listening to the love, laughter and singing (lots of singing) makes it such a happy, warm and welcoming place. I live 125 miles away and knowing that Mum is safe, happy and being well cared for was paramount! At 97, despite illness, Mum is enjoying a new lease of life (as evidenced by Hazelgrove's social media page!). Thank you so much Team Hazelgrove! The only reason I felt obliged to give the room 4 stars, was they are not ensuite but Mum's is absolutely lovely and an ensuite was not necessary anyway!

After a long decline in her own home suffering multiple falls and terrible anxiety then hospital for over 3 months we were more than just worried what lay ahead for Mum! We made an unplanned visit to Hazelgrove, it was a friendly, warm, loving, caring place to be with, lots of involving activities for residents and happy staff all clear to see. We did not think we would see Mum laugh, dance, and smile again! But after only two months of being part of Hazelgrove family Mum is doing all of those things and more. She is as happy as can be and so are we. I feel I am Mum's son once again. Thank you Hazelgrove.

A brilliant care home with excellent management and staff. It's a real pleasure to visit my friend every week and see the happy atmosphere and how well looked after my friend is! Highly recommend!

Outstanding - never thought we would find a care home with such great, caring people, all the staff are so happy in their work. The manager is always available to support the staff, visits, and residents. My mum has settled in really well and enjoys joining in all the activities, it is so good to see my mum so happy. It's definitely a Hazelgrove family.

I came to visit my friend and was yet again amazed and very happy to see the resident doing the most amazing activities. Well done, Hazelgrove, for showing me that care homes aren't all the same drab places. Keep up the fantastic work.

My sister has resided in this care home for three years and the love and attention has been absolutely great. Helps me so much to be aware of that. Took a lot of worry away from me. During the last week of her life when she was not aware of anything the love and care was amazing always watching over her and I can't speak highly enough of every member of staff.

My mum has been here for around 2 months. Every time I visit no matter what time of day it is everyone is busy in some way. We made an unplanned visit to Hazelgrove, it was a friendly, warm, loving, caring place to be with, lots of involving activities for residents and happy staff all clear to see. We did not think we would see Mum laugh, dance, and smile again! But after only two months of being part of Hazelgrove family Mum is doing all of those things and more. She is as happy as can be and so are we. I feel I am Mum's son once again. Thank you Hazelgrove.

A brilliant care home with excellent management and staff. It's a real pleasure to visit my friend every week and see the happy atmosphere and how well looked after my friend is! Highly recommend!
