View Full Details of Jubilee Court Nursing HomeI visited my relative, she's downstairs. She has a lovely view of the garden and has support from staff and their brilliant activities coordinator. The activities coordinator always makes time for my relative and takes her out regularly. My relative sometimes struggles with low mood or sight issues. The activities coordinator is supportive and enthusiastic, she encourages her residents to join in with activities and also helps serve lunches to all residents. My relative says some staff are better than others and she's prefers those that are able to spend 5 mins chatting to her this eases her anxiety and helps pass her day quicker. My relative is able to maintain her independence and staff are there to help her should she need it. My relative has lots of lovely staff and residents around her.
My brother and I visited our sister over the weekend of 12th April at Jubilee Court. She was admitted there from hospital after a fall prevented her from going home. She is receiving end-of-life care. We live a long way away and her welfare has always been a constant worry. Having visited Jubilee Court, we were absolutely delighted to see my sister's surroundings and meet some of the staff taking care of her. The Home is immaculate, the care is outstanding, compassionate, and professional, and the staff were so welcoming to us as visitors. We cannot thank the staff at Jubilee Court enough for taking such good care of our sister, keeping her comfortable, and supporting her during this very difficult time. Angels do exist and Jubilee Court has a monopoly in their staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
My husband was a resident of Clumber for 16 months until his death in January 2024. The care he received was excellent and all members of the staff showed him kindness and compassion. The staff were able to adapt their care to his increasing needs and were always responsive to my concerns and able to give wise and helpful advice. They were concerned for me as well and gave me wonderful support. I would recommend Jubilee Court to any family looking for a place where their loved one will be well cared for, happy and comfortable.
My mother became a resident at Jubilee Court for end-of-life care in May this year. From the moment she arrived, she was made to feel as much at home as possible. The level of care is exceptional not only for Mum but also for us as family members. The support is for everyone involved. Not only is the care amazing, but the level of cleanliness is good, and the food is fantastic - they cater for all needs. No one wants to see their loved ones needing to go into care. I can’t speak highly enough of Jubilee Court; they made Mum’s final days as comfortable as possible, which is a great comfort to us as a family.
I have nothing but praise for Jubilee Court. My dad, age 97 had tried three other homes within the area and was unhappy. He moved to Jubilee and absolutely thrived there. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were amazing - and that was such a comfort during Covid. Dad died in March of old age. But he died happily. Four of the carers (in their own time) attended his funeral. And the most poignant moment of the day was seeing all of the staff standing at the curbside in respect as the hearse went by. I think it is a 5-star home, and I cannot thank them enough.
