All staff are amazing and help my aunt. They treat her so well. I'm very happy with her care here. She has settled in so well.
I can only praise all the staff. They are helpful and caring. I would recommend this home.
My Dad has been here for 17 weeks now. I find the home very welcome to everyone who comes in. The staff are lovely and so good with my Dad and more than happy for my Dad to live his life at the home.
Very friendly and helpful staff. All rooms are very clean.
I like living here, the staff are fantastic. Would like to see more of them in the lounges on nursing. I'm enjoying the food it's fantastic. I don't know how the activities keep improving its great. They are really good.
Management team very pleasant and very sociable. Always very happy to help, keep up the good work.
Overall very good. Happy with everything.
Where do I start? I 100% couldn't fault this care home. My Nana was happy, comfortable and respected so much. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and management team. We had complete access to everything we asked for to spend every single minute with our Nan. Working in a care home myself, I wanted what was best for her, making sure everything was put into place as I do with my residents, and she did receive the best care. We were allowed to stay overnight so she wasn't alone, staff were incredibly understanding, compassionate and attentive. We honestly felt so at home. I even walked around in my slippers! I'd like to give a special thank you to a particular member of staff. She's an absolute credit to your team. I'd also like to thank every single staff member on the day of my nan's passing for the respectful goodbye you gave her and support afterwards. And I'd like to thank the manager for how kind and caring he is too! If I had to choose a care home all over again, I would 100% pick Pendleton Court.
My aunt was well looked after for the last few months. The staff kept us informed in the care plan and assured us if anything was needed. The kitchen staff accommodated the food my auntie fancied at meal times. Overall a good team of staff.
Overall, I am happy with the care my mum receives. Any issues we raise are dealt with. All staff are very friendly.
Absolutely fantastic couple of weeks for my Mum, she has laughed and enjoyed herself the most we have seen in months. Mum loved the choir, Halloween party, dancing, music and crafts. A staff member in particular really puts the residents at the heart of everything she does, as do all the staff at Pendleton Court. Mum has also been out in the mini busy which has been a very enjoyable day out for us as a family.
Excellent service, friendly, nothing is any trouble.
I'm very pleased with the way my son was treated. Lovely staff, lovely nurses. He was happy here, he liked the food, etc.
Staff are excellent and friendly and call everyone by their names. Entertainment is brilliant, and everyone enjoys themselves.
I visit the care home up to four times a week and there always seems to be entertainment going on and staff helping out, with all having a great time. Doors to the garden are open on sunny days which lets in lots of fresh air. The newly decorated home looks light and fresh. My brother really enjoys the trips out on the bus to places he likes so much. I usually get to see pictures of him. Tea and coffee in the entrance hall are always taken advantage of - 'biscuits I often take up to the room I visit.
My nanna passed away in June 2024 and the staff have been absolutely great. They have invited us into the care home and been so supportive. They treated my nanna so well and she loved joining in with all the activities and interacting with other residents. I would definitely recommend Pendleton Court.
My mum passed away on the 12th of June 2024, everybody, carers, the wellbeing coordinator, nurses and the manager, was absolutely fantastic. The wellbeing coordinator was amazing with my mum, she made sure that my mum interacted with the activities and made every effort to do her nails, and called into her room and had a chat. I would definitely recommend Pendleton Court. They make you feel so welcome.
Moved my mother-in-law into the home in July. We were all very nervous as she has expressed a great dislike for homes. She struggled to settle in for the first few days however the carers made it very easy for us to check in on her when we weren't around.
The staff at Pendleton Court have been fantastic so far, both to my mum and our family. It was a big decision to move Mum to a home and despite a challenging first week, Mum has started to really settle after 3-4 weeks. the staff have been very attentive to my mum and her needs and I can't thank them enough! As a family, we feel assured that Mum is receiving the care she needs. We're hopeful that from the support and care, Mum will be able to come out of the shell that her dementia had created.
