My dad is a resident there. Staff and management team are lovely and very hard workers. My dad is very clean, his room is very clean to0, he's very happy there too, everyone goes above and beyond. Food is lovely too.

What a lovely run-up to the festive season. The Xmas decorations were an absolute delight. The entertainment for the residents, families, and friends was wonderful with lots of fun. The busy staff always make time for a friendly smile and chat. I feel confident my brother is well looked after and I enjoy my visits. Credit to all.

Excellent care home all treated like family, staff are wonderful, very caring, very helpful, such lovely people. Food fantastic, everything spot on. We as a family were worried about dad but he loves it there staff keep them occupied at all times, always something going on, couldn't ask for better place for him to be. Fabulous your'e all angels, thank you so much for your excellent love and care.

My Mum is well cared for at The Willows Care Home. Her dementia and all her needs are cared for by all the lovely staff. The Manager, admin, carers, cook, cleaners, and activities staff are all amazing, very helpful and caring. If there's a problem, I'm informed of it straight away. The home is spotless. They have regular Relatives meetings and we can discuss anything and can get to meet other families. The food is lovely. They have entertainment on regularly and make sure everyone is happy and content. They dress up and make sure we all have fun. They have a hairdresser who's there frequently too. No complaints. Family are happy with her care. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

My Dad has been a resident at The Willows Care Home for over 3 years and I can honestly say, as a family, we couldn't have asked for better. From the managers to the cleaners, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The home is always immaculate and the care they give to our Dad is outstanding. The staff genuinely care for the residents and treat our Dad like he is their own. We have never had any concerns about the welfare of our Dad and going from being his main carers, to his children again, has been life-changing.

The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. From walking in the door they are very pleasant. Dad is bedridden, they look after him very well and have serviced his needs. The nursing staff explain everything to us and even phone us when necessary. The home is clean and Dad is kept clean and tidy.

Honestly this care home could not do any more for my mum. The carers are angels; friendly, professional and truly compassionate. Mum's room is lovely and kept spotlessly clean. Meals are plentiful and look delicious, even afternoon tea. Manager and admin are very approachable and helpful - arranging great trips out.

The staff at The Willows are amazing. Dad's been there for 8 months now. He's very well looked after. There's lots going on, days out, lots of activities, they go above and beyond. After being so worried before he moved there, I can now relax with peace of mind.

I would highly recommend the care and attention the residents receive. Activities most afternoons. The food is excellent, a menu on the table so they can choose. The management are always on hand for any questions. And the cleanliness is second to none.

I have always been made to feel very welcome and very comfortable by the staff. I am very satisfied with the care given to my uncle and he is very happy here.

The staff at the Willows are caring and diligent they work had to meet my dad's demanding care needs. Overall I am happy with the care that my dad receives.

My mother has regular respite at The Willows. The management and staff are always so lovely and will do anything for you. My mother has excellent care when she stays at the home. They care for her every need and they always keep me informed of any issues. My mother always looks in excellent health when I pick her up.

Generally a very good experience. Our experience of facilities at the home is limited as we only get to see a small number of rooms during visits. Access to management is good and response times are prompt and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Mum has been a resident for one month so far. The staff are always friendly. Mum looks well cared for. Clear records in the room. Managers are friendly, approachable and communicative. Difficult to comment on activities due to the short residence. The food I have seen looks good. Good that the building is having ongoing improvements.

All the staff at The Willows Care Home have been great with me and the family. From going through the front door, you are made to feel very welcome. I would like to mention how the staff put a lot of effort into giving all the residents a good time over Christmas with a party and dressing up and going round to every room singing carols and bringing presents. As you can see, I give The Willows 5 stars all the way through because they have looked after my father from day one with round-the-clock care.

The manager, her assistant and all the staff are exceedingly pleasant and helpful. My wife, who is in nursing care, always tells me the staff and even the cleaners are caring and helpful. My wife is 90 per cent better since entering The Willows from hospital.

The care and nursing teams are absolutely fantastic. Not only are they very caring in respect of my mum but also have been a great support to me in what has been a difficult year. I can't praise them enough!
