I am happy being at Guide Lane. When my family visit they are always made to feel welcome. I feel safe living here.

Mum passed away last weekend, I cannot thank the staff enough for the care Mum received. Staff very professional and friendly towards residents and family. Mum was very happy there and felt cared for and safe. I would and do recommend this home. Thank you to the home manager and her wonderful team.

Since my mum arrived in 2023, her heath, mobility and overall appearance has changed nearly 100%. Everything about Guide Lane, in my opinion, is out of this world for my mum. The staff are attentive and caring to residents and guests. My mum is treated with courtesy and respect and in my mum's own words - she feels like a somebody! I can not say any negative comments about my mum's care.

Anxious about my husband and family liked this home and I must admit how wonderful the staff are. The area so kind and helpful and answer any questions I have as I am not used to the home. However, could not be more pleased.

So happy with the care Grandma receives. Grandma always has a smile on her face. Everyone is welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Always caring.

I visited the care home to see my friend. There was a singer in the lounge. I was offered afternoon tea and refreshments. The staff were very welcoming, lovely food, the home had a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

We would like to pass our gratitude to all staff and management for the kindness, compassion and dignity in care our beautiful Mum received whilst staying here. We could not have chosen a more lovely place, our mum passed away peacefully having had the best care we could have hoped for.

From the first day that my mother entered the home we were all greeted by friendly, caring staff. My mother settled in quickly and is happy as we are, as a family, with the overall care that she receives.

My grandma has been at Guide Lane Care Home for a number of months now. The care is second to none. The manager and staff are brilliant. My grandma is clean and tidy. The food looks delicious and my grandma enjoys it, she has also gained weight.
