I was extremely anxious about putting my dad into a nursing home, as a nurse myself, I had some negative experiences as a professional in nursing homes. My dad has early-onset dementia, and being only in his mid-60s it was overwhelming to start looking at nursing homes. I was extremely worried about choosing the wrong home, causing further distress to my dad and mum. The home has exceeded all expectations. All the staff members, from the management, nurses, HCA's, cleaning staff, activity coordinators and handyman are amazing. They treat my dad as if he is part of their family, you can see how much they care, and go out of their way to ensure he is happy. I couldn't ask for more. All the staff in the home have made such a difficult time for myself and my mum so much easier knowing how well cared for my dad is. My dad has settled very well, and I can see he is content, he smiles fondly at the staff and is safe and cared for. The food looks delicious which is always a bonus.
Rosebridge Court has got to be the best nursing home that you could wish for for your loved one. Every single member of staff is simply fantastic in every way. They are just one big family who genuinely care for their residents The food, cleanliness, activities and the environment are just superb. The vast improvement in my father-in-law within a few weeks of moving here from another home is a credit to the kind, caring and hard-working staff. It has given our families such peace of mind to know that he is so well cared for and that is priceless. Basically, my father-in-law hit the jackpot when he moved here.
Rosebridge is an exceptional care home, and we are very happy with the care my father has received. He is always clean and tidy, and the food is varied and nutritious. The staff are truly outstanding and have shown genuine kindness to our family.
Amazing place, feel my uncle is safe, well looked after and mostly happy. The staff are very welcoming and professional and can see the compassion they all have towards my uncle. Can't recommend Rosebridge Court enough.
I am very pleased with the overall care of this nursing home that my cousin has received since day one. They will always try to accommodate my cousin's needs. The staff are always very friendly and kind. They fully understand my cousin's needs. I would definitely recommend Rosebridge Court to anyone.
Rosebridge really is a home from home for our mother. She has settled in exceptionally well and the team have ensured a smooth transition despite some medical issues Mum has suffered from. The activities have really engaged Mum, who has been reluctant to get involved in activities previously - hats off to the activities coordinator! Mum is clearly at home here and it is clear that the staff love her. They regularly ask how she is and always keep in contact with us about how she is doing. Nothing is too much trouble for the team here who go above and beyond their daily duties to ensure that Mum is safe, clean, well-fed but, above all, happy. Rosebridge is a place I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for care for their loved one.
I find the home a pleasant place to be and therefore am happy for my brother to be cared for there. The staff are always friendly, courteous and liaise with clients in a most appropriate way. I can tell that he is content there too, especially now encouraged to reside in the lounge or dining room as opposed to his own room where there is more going on around him. He has a very good rapport with the staff and is well-liked. The activities I am aware of are very good but my brother chooses not always to take part and this decision is respected.
We could not be happier with the care and support Dad received at Rosebridge. The staff are so kind, attentive and friendly. We know each other by name and they us. Dad is always clean, tidy and out in his wheelchair when we visit him. He is clearly loved by the staff and for that, we are truly grateful. A huge thank you.
From the day my wife moved into Rosebridge Court over two years ago. The management and staff have given her the best care possible. I cannot fault them in any way, and if God put angels on earth, then he has certainly put a few in Rosebridge Court.
My husband has been in Rosebridge Court for ten weeks. Choosing a care home was a daunting task for my daughter and I but Rosebridge Court has surpassed our expectations. We are so pleased with the care he is receiving. The staff are wonderful, polite, caring and nothing is too much trouble. The home is spotlessly clean, food is excellent with a good choice. The home is decorated for special occasions and the activities coordinator spends one-to-one time with residents.
My husband has been in Rosebridge Court for three years in November. In all that time I cannot fault the care and attention he has received. All the staff from management, nurses, carers, cleaners and kitchen staff are kind, caring and always have a smile and a few words for the residents. Thank you all, a grateful wife.
Fine home very welcoming. We find staff very helpful, open and honest. Five-star cleanliness at all times. Quality of food and drinks given with assistance.
My dad has been a resident at Rosebridge court since 2019. Throughout the pandemic, the staff here worked tirelessly to keep all residents safe. I have been so pleased with the level of care and love shown by all staff. They have all become members of his family. Sadly, last week my dad passed away here. Once again in his last days and hours, all staff were so kind. I would highly recommend the manager and all her staff to anyone, looking for long-term dementia care for one of their loved ones. They all genuinely go above and beyond every day.
My dad has been a resident since October 2021 and I have been blown away by the care, support and friendliness of everyone on site. Nothing is too much trouble and this certainly helps my dad and also myself knowing that he is being well cared for. Absolutely a five-star rating.
My wife entered Rosebridge Court towards the end of April 2020. Since then, despite covid, the house has made every effort for me to see her, even just through the window in the early days. Today I am able to visit my wife on a daily basis - which I do. I find the staff always make me feel very welcome and we are now on first name terms. Regarding the two highlighted items I am unable to comment and I haven't witnessed either due to covid: *Food and Drink and Activities.
Having visited my wife for three years, fourteen hours a week, I think that I am in a position to have a good assessment of the care home. U find that the standard of care my wife and other guests receive is first-class. All I see is a first-class home being run by a very good management and care team, very clean with good food. I can't thank them enough.
I like living at Rosebridge Court, I have made friends here, I go out for walks, shopping, exercises, quizzes and bingo. We have good meals, staff are nice to me and I go swimming.
Since my dad came to live here I feel he's much more settled than his previous placement. This I feel is due to the level of understanding of Dad's mental health needs given by the staff. I feel all his needs are being met and of a high standard. Staff go above and beyond to make the resident's feel valued and cared for.
Our mum has been a resident at Rosebridge Court for almost 7 years and we are delighted she is still as happy as day one. We feel the care she receives from all the staff is of high quality and have recommended the home to numerous people over the years.
