The lounge is bright, airy and comfortable. The residents are happy. Mum says that the staff are busy, caring and lovely and she feels that the staff are busy, caring and lovely and she feels safe and well looked after. There is a very pleasant atmosphere and the food is just like home cooked.

Arncliffe Court Care Home has completely changed my opinion of care/nursing homes. It has given my mother a new lease of life. She is always kept spotlessly clean and well looked after which gives the family peace of mind. It was a hard decision to make but it was definitely the best. The staff are always accommodating and have fantastic relationships and interact with the residents. Arncliffe Court is definitely A1 and would give 100% to all areas - care and cleanliness etc.

My expectations were so low after the lack of care my dear mother received from her previous care home. I couldn't have been more wrong. Arncliffe Court has exceeded any hopes I had for my mum with regard to her care and dignity. Unfortunately being 96 years of age, she soon required end-of-life care and this has been administered with such care and kindness, I find myself overwhelmed and eternally grateful for the staff here.

I have rung the Paisley Ward numerous times and have today first visited the ward. Everyone I have liaised with has been very polite and helpful. My father seems very settled in the ward which is peace of mind for the family.

Lovely place, my nan is safe and looked after. The place is always nice and warm staff always on hand if you need them.

The staff here is wonderful They go above and beyond, truly caring for the residents. Atmosphere is peaceful, but more activities are needed to keep residents engaged. Each house could offer unique activities, while allowing residents to join others. Gardening would be perfect with the beautiful green areas available. I would have rated this place higher if there were more staff, as a larger team could better meet each resident's needs, prevent falls, and ease staff workload. There's also room for improvement in organizing residents' clothing. My mum's clothes often go missing, I've seen them on other residents. Labeled baskets for each resident's clothes could help avoid mix-ups. Additionally, a solution to prevent residents from wandering into others' rooms would help protect privacy. Better personal hygiene care is essential. I've sometimes found that my mum wasn't cleaned promptly after an accident, which risks infection. Immediate cleaning is crucial for residents' comfort and health.

The staff are very friendly and caring to Mum which has helped her to settle in. The staff have also been very supportive of the whole family as Mum has been settling into Arncliffe Court.

The lovely atmosphere upon entering the building. The staff is always helpful, pleasant and polite. Residents always appear happy and have good interactions with residents. It would be nice to see some activities taking place involving the residents.

From when my Mother first attended - it was a very welcoming experience. The staff are all very polite and it is very evident they are all passionate and caring in their role. The complex is kept clean and tidy. My Mothers room is always kept to a high standard. I would like to thank everybody at Arncliffe for the support and help in which is a difficult time. "You are all super stars" thank you.

I think all the staff are lovely but don't have much time to interact with the residents. I feel that there should be more activities. Music and other things to help with interaction. Mum is happy and well cared for.

I can honestly say we have peace of mind that my Mum is being looked after and is well cared for. The lovely staff also add comfort as they are extremely engaging with us. We couldn't ask for more and I would personally like to thank you for helping us through a difficult time, getting used to a big change. Thank you.

My Mum has lived in this care home for 18 months. It has been good for her. She has found friends, and the staff are lovely. Visitors are made very welcome. My Mum is well looked after.

Mum settled amazingly. Staff are fabulous. Home meets all Mum's needs. Everything is fabulous. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Mother was moved here from hospital in July 2024 to the Speke wing. One member of staff in particular and her colleagues did a fantastic job settling and making her feel welcome and safe. Big thanks once again to all staff.
