I am thankful for the care my mum is getting at Moss View. Leisure activites generate happiness and social interaction. For instance, at the end of January 2025, the nursing home was beautifully decorated to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Residents watched a fireworks display on TV, listened to traditional folk songs and had Asian cuisine. The lion dance performance by the staff was really amazing. Residents and their relatives greeted each other in a joyous atmosphere and had a cultural exchange happily. The efforts paid by the staff are highly appreciated.

On entering Moss View, I was extremly happy, pleased and relieved. The cleanliness, politeness and help of staff is next to none. When I arrive on occasion they have sing-alongs and guess who the celebrate is, it's so uplifting to see everyone joining in, including myself and other relatives. They have a birthday board on the wall of patients whose bday to is with a photo of when they were younger until now, it is so nice. I actually walked out saying to my daughter if I ever need a home put me there.

I am delighted with the care my Mum is getting at Moss View, nothing is too much trouble and the staff keep me informed about her progress and contact me if there are any issues. They obviously care about the residents as if they were their own family. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is being well cared for.

Mum admitted to general nursing care after a short illness. The care she has received has so far been excellent. The nursing staff, carers and general staff are kind and patient. Our worries have been listened to and acted upon. Mum has settled and is very well cared for. The unit is clean comfortable, light and airy, there is a pleasant atmosphere and visitor are welcomed and encouraged. Thank you.

My mum was a resident at Moss View Care Home for 3 months before she sadly passed away. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and kindness they gave my mum and always treated her with the utmost dignity. The nurses are amazing, some of the best I've encountered. You should be very proud of your staff at Moss View, they are a credit to your company. I would have no hesitation in recommending your care home.

Mum has recently become a resident at Moss View. Staff work hard to ensure that residents are looked after. They are always welcoming and friendly. There are plenty of activities and all are encouraged to participate. I can leave knowing that she is well looked after and in safe hands.

I cannot fault all the staff at Moss View Care home who have looked after my mum from day one. They all take their time to talk and have a laugh with her. She is quite famous in the home, everyone knows her. My mum is settled in her lovely room and I can relax knowing she is safe when I am not around.

Great evening entertainment for residents and families. It involved everyone with humour, singing, dancing and lovely food. The staff were very caring and attentive to the residents, making sure everyone had what they needed to join in. Thank you.

My auntie has resided at Moss View for approximately one year. Moss View is a very welcoming, friendly, clean and professional home. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They show compassion and care to the highest level. Residents are treated with respect and dignity. The events team organised various activities and events which also included family members' attendance, these activities keep the residents entertained and bring enjoyment to their day. Residents also enjoy various singers who come in to entertain. Also, residents enjoy trips out to various places. It's pleasing to see redecoration of part of the building and gardens.

Excellent care home. Rooms clean. The activities are excellent. The carers are lovely and the food is fantastic.

Mum has been a resident with you for the last two years. Mum has recently passed away and the whole family would like to say how wonderful all the staff have been. They have looked after Mum with kindness and empathy. They have been a wonderful support to all of us through a very difficult time. We would not hesitate to recommend Moss View to people and your staff are a credit to your company. Thank you.

Excellent care is given to all residents and families are kept fully informed of relatives. Staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Activities are daily for all residents plus events are held for all the family to attend. Cleanliness is excellent together with food. This is an extension to a relative's home and we are all treated and respected like family. Excellent overall.

Visited this home today, and what a lovely atmosphere. The people living there were enjoining a sing-along and doing exercises; everyone seemed happy, and that was also the smiling staff. They looked after me, offering me tea and biscuits when my friend had some, and even asked if I was staying for lunch. I felt very welcome.

Lovely, friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door and made to feel very welcome. Really pleased with the care and attention my father gets. The activities are 100% excellent. I have sat and watched the residents join in.

My mum became a resident at Moss View Care Home in recent months as in need of nursing care. I was unsure at the time what to expect but in all honesty, I have been encouraged and comforted by the standard of care given to my mum. Entering the home we are always greeted with a welcoming smile and staff always make themselves available if I need to speak to them. No matter what time of day I visit my mum is always content and well presented. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Moss View.

Due to circumstances, this is not the first care home my Mum has been in, but it is undoubtedly the best in terms of level of care and organisation. The staff are always welcoming and polite to us and Mum's room is spacious and clean. All of Mum's needs have been catered for here and her well-being is regularly reviewed - communication from the home is excellent.
