Such an excellent care home in every respect. I visit regularly as part of a pastoral care initiative with a church and am made to feel so welcome by cheerful and helpful staff. All the residents seem contented and speak highly of how well they are treated. If I knew of anyone needing a care home place, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bebington Care Home.

Always greeted with friendly faces and a warm atmosphere every time I go and I go most days. The staff have gone above and beyond to make Christmas for the residents enjoyable, like a big family would, presents for every resident, decorations and Christmas activities. Dad seems very settled in his new home and all the staff are very respectful towards him, he is always up, clean and dressed for the day when I go. Dad eats really well and the food looks so nice.

I can honestly say that we are extremely grateful and happy with the support and help that is given to our dad here at Bebington Care Home. The staff are so attentive and caring, they look after our dad so well and we are very appreciative. Dad is truly happy here, he said he feels safe and likes staying here, so if Dad is happy then so are we. Thank you for everything you have done with and for Dad. Happy New Year to you all.

I am so pleased with Bebington Care Home, mum has settled so well due to the amazing staff and management. They are all so caring and though Mum has dementia they speak to her directly and treat her with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend this care home.

Mum was discharged from hospital needing nursing care and, although she was only there for a short time before she passed away, we couldn't fault the care given to Mum at Bebington. The management team and staff ensured that Mum and our entire family was well looked after during a very stressful period for us. The home was friendly, flexible and always focused on what Mum needed. In her previous residential care home, they generally focused more on their own "rules" rather than what was important to Mum so this was a refreshing change. The facilities were spotlessly clean, bedding was comfortable and fresh daily, food was high quality and the atmosphere was welcoming. We stayed overnight on two occasions and also observed the dedication and professionalism of the night staff. We cannot thank the teams at Bebington Care Home enough for helping Mum and our entire family deal with her end of life and it's reassuring to know that this home is here for others in the same situation.

Mum is really well looked after. Staff are great and always welcoming to all our family so we can visit when suits. The home is nice, clean and well-maintained. Rooms are warm and a good size with all facilities.

My first impression of Bebington Care Home was that the staff and management were approachable, professional, and above all, made me feel calm and confident. Since my mum has been there, she has felt at "home" and settled very quickly. The home is very clean, with high security, and staff are always available to help. They have helped me to feel calm during this stressful time and would recommend this home to anyone looking for an outstanding care home.

The care home is always spotlessly clean no matter when you call, and the staff are always pleasant, helpful and kind. You are always offered a cup of tea or coffee when visiting, and the whole atmosphere is kind and welcoming. All residents appear happy, relaxed and well looked after.

I am pleasantly suprised by Bebington Care Home. It is very bright, and very clean. The management and staff are excellent, and respond promptly to any concern raised. My partner is treated with kindness and dignity by the carers. The members of our family and friends who visit are impressed by what they see. There is a wonderful range of activities which are enjoyed by all who attend. I have no complaints to make.

The staff at Bebington Care Home are very helpful and friendly, my brother is happy and well looked after. I would recommend Bebington to anyone looking for care of a loved one. The meals are varied and well balanced.

All the staff are professional, friendly and helpful in all aspects of care for my brother-in-law's wellbeing. The home is clean and well maintained. There are several outside gardens to use and walk around with seating which are well maintained.

My grandmother is extremely well cared for, with all her needs met with expectational care and consideration from all the staff to the management level. The cleanliness is impeccable, the food is amazing, her room is outstanding, nothing is too much for any staff member, and my grandmother feels loved and cared for as if she were in her own home. Management see me or take my call anytime I have a question, I am never made to feel that I am any bother to them, in fact, quite the opposite, which puts me and my family's mind at rest. I cannot express enough the gratitude we owe to Bebington Care home for everything they are doing for my grandmother. There is no other place like it.

Being in a position to need a care home for a loved one is very stressful but all staff here have made it as easy as possible. We have been made to feel part of the family and they go out of their way to help in any way. Their care and concern for Dad's welfare and well-being have been excellent. For all this, we are extremely grateful. Thank you.

My relative has been a resident with this care home for fourteen years. I was responsible for selecting this home to meet her needs and I am very grateful to all staff concerned for the care given to my relative as it has been fundamental to her well-being and my peace of mind.

It's hard to see my lovely, caring nan jump from care home to care home because I don't want to keep her in a place she's not happy but finally, we have found a fantastic place here at Bebington Care Home. My nan loves the place and we do too. I would like to thank the team there for all the hard work they put in day in and day out. Thank you.

Such a lovely caring home from home for my dear friend, staff are always on hand to answer any questions. Staff treat residents with care and compassion, there's always such a jolly cheerful atmosphere and rooms are lovely and clean.

I can't thank Bebington Care Home enough, they treat my mother-in-law with dignity and respect, and the care is amazing. The place is spotless, the food looks good and is hot, all the staff are so helpful and happy. I can now go home and know she's safe and being cared for, I would highly recommend Bebington Care Home.

Staff are attentive and friendly to both residents and visitors. Management is helpful and keen to be sure residents have all they need to be comfortable and happy. Very impressed with the food provided by the canteen. This is a 'care' home in every sense of the great care received by those unable to care for themselves. A great relief to be assured the best possible treatment is being provided. Well done to all management and staff for their dedication and commitment. Thank you.
