All very good, kind staff and caring. Very good communication. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

My husband and I are very happy with the care. My husband has received loving care since been in Hollymere House Care Home. I ask him every time I visit if he is being treated kindly and he always says yes. The staff are wonderful, always cheerful, always happy. We have been reassured that we can voice our concerns if we have any issues and never to go home with any worries. They are always kind and attentive. There is a friendly atmosphere in the home. They always make us feel welcome. I can strongly recommend the home to anyone wishing to have a happy caring placement for their loved one.

Everything about Hollymere House Care Home has been a positive experience. The staff are excellent in every respect. The residents and visitors are treated with great respect and the care provided exceptional. Hollymere is always very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming.

The care and support has been excellent. I start to get upset, and the care and support has always been there. The food is nice and the staff are always accommodating if you want to change anything.

Mother is satisfied with her care. She would rather be at home but realises that this is no longer an option. Mum likes the food and most of the carers are very good.

I have no problems at all with the care home or staff. All the help that I need is at hand at all times. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The home is a lovely place and I would recommend to anyone. And they are on the ball when you're not very well.

Excellent care and love shown to all, by all the staff. First class nursing given when required. The house keeping team provide a cleaning service of a very high standard and working hard but also providing love and care as they work. Kitchen provide excellent food of a wide range, to provide the types of food for different needs.

The visiting of Hollymere House Care Home is always a pleasant and comforting experience giving us total confidence in the care and support for mum. The staff at all levels are always displaying positive attitudes and morale encouraging confidence in the ongoing care of all residents including Mum. The whole family feels the same and we personally communicate this to friends and acquaintances. Excellent standards appear to be set as shown in the X marking in the survey below. I/we appreciate all that is done at Hollymere for our mother. Thank You.

The best care home I have come across! The staff are all really helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The home definitely has a lovely feel and there is no smell as most homes have. Could not hope to find a better place for my sister-in-law, she is really happy here. My husband and I always feel welcome visiting and have a laugh with the staff on a regular basis. Hope, if it comes to it, we will be able to come here!

My mother was in there for a 3-week period receiving palliative care. The whole place, the atmosphere and the people during the whole time she was there were beyond any expectation. Care and compassion shown in her last few days before passing was fantastic, caring and dignified. We thank every member of staff for their kindness and hard work.

The staff are amazing, kind, attentive, caring and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and always have the time to talk, comfort or help in any way. The home is being decorated throughout at the moment, but no disruption to the running of the home is apparent. Always clean, tidy and smelling lovely. My mum is at end-of-life and we couldn't wish for her to spend our precious last memories we have with her in such a special place with fantastic carers.

Thank you for looking after my brother. He was diagnosed with terminal cancer and he came to Hollymere for his end of life care. This gave him the chance to say his final goodbyes to his friends and family. He was treated with respect and dignity. The staff were lovely with him making sure he was looked after, having a laugh or two with him and letting him live his last days as he wanted to. My brother's stay at Hollymere was short but very sweet. Thank you again from his sister and her family.

My other brother is here and has been for a while now, my big brother is here for end-of-life care which I know Hollymere House can do his care really well. I chose this home as I worked here once and it's a 10 min walk for me to get to see them and trust the staff fully.

Management and care staff are all very approachable, friendly, caring and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and not only do they look after the resident but their families as well, it's like having an extended family and I cannot thank them enough for all the support they have given me over the time we have been visiting. The care home itself is very clean and has a lovely feeling of warmth and calmness. Even other residents smile, wave and say hello as you pass by, which means that they really do feel at home here!

I am very happy with the care, love and dedication of all the staff and medical team. They can not do enough to help my mother through end-of-life care. My mum has said too, she is happy to be in a lovely place such as Hollymere. Even me and my husband are so pleased with the meals as excellent quality. This home is caring, loving and run so professionally. We could not have asked for a better place for my mum to end her days.

My mum was transferred to Hollymere House from hospital for nursing care. Unfortunately she was not there for very long as she was very poorly. The care she received from all the staff was exemplary and all showed tremendous kindness and empathy to both my Mum and myself and the rest of the family. The communication was also great with the team keeping us informed all the way through until she died.

My mother recently stayed at Hollymere House, for a duration of around 2 weeks, for end-of-life care. We were given some choices of care home as a discharge location from the hospital. When we selected Hollymere House it was very apparent that the discharge team thought this an excellent choice. The building is not the most glamorous or modern but everything was exceedingly clean. What matters most is the quality of the care received and that is where Hollymere House excelled. I mainly encountered a small selection of the team but I am assured by my sister that all the staff were wonderfully kind and caring. That is something that can only be achieved when it is led from the top down. My mother was treated with compassion and as much dignity as her circumstances allowed. As relatives, we were informed and made welcome throughout and this made the horrible events of end of life so much easier to bear. A big thank you from us both.

My husband and I are very happy with the care. My husband has received loving care since been in Hollymere House Care Home.
