View Full Details of Church HouseI was moved to Church House in the Nursing Unit following discharge from hospital. I have found all of the staff very friendly and accommodating. Any issues I have had have been addressed straight away. I have found the environment very calming and have a beautiful view from my window over fields
Cannot fault the staff at all, they are absolutely excellent with my mother-in-law who is 89. She has dementia and the staff have been excellent with her, accommodating her husband, which we did not have at the previous care home. Cannot fault the staff at all they are great.
Excellent. Mum on end of life care and staff are wonderful, supportive of both family and friends; answer any questions we have. Communication between us and the home staff and managers is excellent. 10 out of 10.
Very well looked after. Very clean. Staff are very friendly and kind. No complaints.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my mum and resident. During her residence she seems settled and cared for. The care and support witnessed has been excellent. Staff are attentive and pleasant. Mum seems happy and comfortable. I'm very happy with all aspects of the nursing home, management and staff.
My brother has been a resident at Church House for several months after being taken there following discharge from hospital. Prior to being in hospital, he has been a resident at another care home and did not like it at all. On visiting him at Church House, I have found him much happier than before. The staff at Church House are exceptional at caring for and keeping residents happy, always welling to oblige any requests. All of the staff are very kind but one nurse in particular stands out with her kindness. I'm sure residents at Church House will know who I mean and I wish I could name her.
I sincerely appreciate all the care and attention my mother receives from all staff members. Thank you.
Mum has been a resident of Church House for 22 months now. Mum has slowly declined and recently I have had to apply for NHS funding. Church House, two members of staff in particular have been brilliant in assisting and supporting me through the progress, both going over and above their statutory duties. Mum has been treated with care and support during her tenure. All the staff have been absolutely brilliant, nothing too much trouble, and happy to answer my questions regarding Mum. Thank you.
What a wonderful home Church House is. Very friendly, helpful staff that genuinely care and support their clients. Mum has had a very positive experience since being here. She is very happy and content. All mum's needs are met constantly leaving me free from worry.
Very relaxing atmosphere. The carers are always welcoming and supportive, putting both my Mother and our minds at ease.
My very first time coming to Church House Care Home, and this is home for a family. You have a friendly, loving and caring staff. And we are are grateful and thankful that you are giving all the best that you can for our family member. Church House is clean and well-maintained facilities. And most of all you are treating all the patient's family like a family. Well done! And good luck. Best regards!
Very friendly staff. Mum seems to be settling down now. Home in a lovely location.
My mother was a resident of Church House Care Home for eight months until she sadly passed away this year. Mum had been happy and content at Church House. I am so pleased with how all the staff cared for Mu so well right up until the end, I can't thank them enough for all that they did. I would happily recommend Church House, it is a lovely environment for residents with nice bedrooms and a nice, large lounge where regular activities help to entertain everyone.
Spent years travelling to many different countries in Europe, Japan and USA. Go to pub - meals and beer with the activities coordinator. Have a nice room and meals.
My mum has been in this care home for thirteen weeks. The staff have treated her with compassion and dignity. They are very caring and friendly and are a credit to their profession. I would like to thank one and all for the exemplary care she received.
To who this may concern, I wanted to put down in writing, my sincerest gratitude possible to the staff at Church House in Nantwich especially the nurse. Every time I visited my grandad not only could I see he was being cared for in a fantastic manner, but also I was made to feel welcome each time. Little things like an offer of a drink or the nurse's head popping round the door to say Hi, is everything ok. Finally, I want to say when I left, just before I went through the door, the nurse gave me a big hug. Now it’s a very small thing but it was perfect timing as I really did need that and I am also so grateful for it. I hope you can pass on my gratitude to the wonderful team and thank you again.
I have been here five years at Church House Care Home. It still is a good place to be in. I have a lovely bedroom to sleep in. Good food, a nice lounge to watch the television and to play bingo there.
I could not have hoped for a higher standard of care for my mother in the last three months of her life. She was given dignity, compassion and respect. When I visited her, I encountered professionalism and politeness from the staff at every level. All my questions were answered honestly and openly. I was kept fully informed of the situation at all times. Covid regulations were strictly adhered to, and the safety of all residents was of utmost importance to the staff. My mother got on well with all the staff and felt that she was being listened to and her requests and needs fulfilled. Thank you again, Church House Nursing Home.
The staff are brilliant and work hard to please. The activities coordinator is amazing, she is such a wonderful lady, helping out and organising events and things to do - absolutely brilliant. Management not so good, need to be around talking to families and solving any problems or issues.
My relative has settled so well. The staff are mostly wonderful! The head activities coordinator is amazing. She adores the residents and makes their lives fun. There are some staff I would love to mention, who have helped me get my relative settled and the care needed.
