This care home has been amazing from when my relative arrived, it's great to see the entertainment, play with bats and balls, hats and melody singing, every staff member we have met should be praised for their professionalism towards the patients, so pleased with what we have seen. Value for money the owners get a lot out of patients' money, give the staff a good bonus out of.

The home is clean, warm and has a nice atmosphere. Primrose House is excellent, the staff are all kind, caring and chat as if known them for longer than we have. Father-in-law always looked clean, comfortable and had all his personal things from home around him, staff took time to chat with him about his life and likes which he enjoyed. They keep us up to date on his health at every event. We can never thank them enough, every single one of you.

My aunt has lived at Primrose House Care Home for over 10 years. The care she receives is always excellent. The staff are helpful, friendly and her care needs are reviewed with us every few months. She now eats a pureed diet and has one to one care. The staff are patient and kind. Although she is unable to walk anymore my aunt is regularly moved out of bed into the lounge or dining room and it's nice to see her sitting with the other residents. Her personal care is good. The home is currently being refurnished, the lounge area is lovely and comfortable. Decorated nicely at Christmas time.

My father wanted to visit and be with mum over Christmas day. I was unable to facilitate this as I was with family out of area. Primrose House Care Home were wonderful at looking after him and he got to be with mum. Whenever there has been any change for mum, I have been informed straight away by phone. I know my mum is relaxed safe and happy here. Two members here stood out but everyone else is wonderful, so caring and mum is treated with dignity.

Since moving my mother from Staffordshire, we are very happy with the move. Mum looks cleaner, happier and back to her cheeky self. We love that she is interacting now - she was withdrawn, but now she is very happy, and we are very happy with her care, the staff (exceptional, by the way), the food, drinks etc. Mum has said she likes being here, at her previous home she wanted to go out/get out, but now she enjoys being in care. Well done all, we are very grateful.

My Mother arrived here from another home after respite care, she was confused in pain from several falls, and unable to stand. She had virtually stopped eating. The kind, cheerful care she has experienced here has meant that she is happier, more relaxed, starting to look more alert, and trying to walk and eat independently again. I feel confident that she is safe, happy, and well looked after. She is friends with all the staff and is always clean, well turned out, and even stimulating activities to do.

My mother-in-law lived at Primrose House for 18 months. She suffered from advanced Alzheimer's. All the care, auxiliary, and management staff treated her, and us, with care and respect. It was reassuring to know Mum was being looked after so well. As she approached the end of life, the team made her passing comfortable and calm. They kept us informed and were so helpful. We're grateful that Mum got to spend her last 18 months at Primrose House.

Primrose House is a true home-from-home. All the staff, without exception, make living here the very best that it can be. Each individual is valued, encouraged and wlloed to be their own selves whilst given great food, facilities, safety and security. Visitors are welcomed and everyone receives more warmth than I ever thought possible. The whole ethos wraps around residents and families alike and provides complete care. Wonderful and thank you.

My husband was welcomed and helped to settle quickly. The home has a friendly atmosphere and visitors are made to feel very welcome and included in the resident's care. The lounges are comfortable, light and airy. The staff are all welcoming, and approachable and have good relationships with the residents. I feel my husband is in a good place and the rest of his family agrees.

When my dad came to Primrose House Care Home, he could not walk after his strokes and falls. Thanks to the staff for their care, support and kindness. He is now looking and living his best life. Every time we came to see Dad, every member of staff smiles and talks to us. Thank you for giving my dad his life back and dignity.

All the staff are fantastic. Helpful, caring and considerate. Since Mum has been at Primrose she is much happier and my wife and I have peace of mind that she is being well cared for in a safe place. Well done all!

I am so pleased that my husband is being taken care of at this home. All the staff, even the laundry, carers, nurses, cleaners, etc. etc., are so friendly, cheerful, helpful, giving the place a happy, warm atmosphere everywhere. We feel like family. Everyone cares so much. I would not have my husband anywhere else.

The staff are excellent. Nothing is any trouble. Helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to help. They have been excellent with my mum. 100% recommend.

In the ten years that my mother has been a resident of Primrose House, she has received care that I can only describe as outstanding. The facilities are always clean, tidy and in good repair. The staff, all of them, are fantastically efficient and very caring. I can relax knowing that my mother is receiving the best care possible. There are no negatives at Primrose House in my experience.

Dad is receiving first class care, all the staff are lovely and super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. One staff member especially is absolutely fantastic and so caring, we couldn't wish for a better person to help take care of Dad, make him smile and brighten him up, you should be very proud of the lovely caring nature she has. All of your staff are a credit to your company and are extremely dedicated, we feel at ease knowing Dad is receiving the very best of care.

Mum has been a resident here for a couple of years now and I feel very comfortable and reassured by the care she receives. The team really understand her likes and dislikes and have built a strong bond with her. She is well looked after on her good days (and bad days, which are few). If I have any questions, they are responded yo promptly. I, myself, enjoy spending time at Primrose House with Mum and I am really grateful she has found a home that suits her.

The care my mother has received has been excellent. Always looks clean and tidy and well cared for. The staff are helpful, polite, friendly and very caring. The home itself is always clean, the communication is excellent and always kept up to date with the care of my mother.

I have been very happy with the level of care mum has received since arriving at Primrose House. Her physical health has improved and mum always seems happy. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and always treat mum with care and compassion.
