Bit apprehensive about my husband going into a home but he wasn't safe to stay at home falling down stairs. I know he is safe here, staff are brilliant and take good care of him. Don't have to worry about him any more. He is safe comfortable and looked after.

Visited Flower Park several times before making the decision for our Mum to reside there full-time, and each time staff was friendly, caring, and accommodating. Mum was made to feel at home and supported with the difficult transition of moving. Staff have made all our family welcome and offered Mum fantastic care giving her back her independence and a good quality of life. Mum has now made fantastic progress and friends which makes her happy, as a family we have had several events that we have attended, and feel Mum has been the best she has been in over 5 years.

The home is a loving establishment. I feel that it has a safe environment, clean and run very professionally.

My 85-year-old aunt was transferred here when the home that she was in was closed. She was heartbroken as she had been settled in the previous home and made many friends. We need not have worried as the carers and staff worked really hard to make her feel at home. The staff are caring, patient, kind and reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They create a family atmosphere treating residents with dignity.

The care received is excellent, and staff go above and beyond for their residents to see everyone smiling and happy is amazing. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Great activities on offer. Cannot fault anything about the care home. My grandma wasn't there for very long but she was very happy there. Keep up the good work Flower Park.

Very caring staff, I feel confident my mum is being cared for. Mum is sometimes a bit bored, but there are often activities for her to participate in. I do have some minor quibbles such as her wheelchair and its cushion keeps disappearing and is being used for other clients. Perhaps they could raise some money to buy some wheelchairs for general use?

Since my mother was placed in Flower Park she has become more at ease with herself, she is making friends with the staff who are very helpful with her everyday needs and also with other residents. My mother suffers from dementia and the staff are very well trained to deal with her condition and always interact with the residents. I can not praise them enough for all the hard work they do to help everyone not just the residents but also the families.

Absolutely fantastic place from the first day mum arrived she was looked after and they made her and the transition from leaving her own home very smooth. The staff deserve medals for what they do they treat all residents with dignity and respect their wishes, sometimes mum can be difficult but they understand mum's needs and work with her well. Myself and my sisters would be lost without Flower Park it's a difficult time but the care they give mum is 100% they all treat her like their own family and we have a great relationship with all members of staff and can ask anything about mum with ease. Highly recommended.

Very clean and tidy, all the staff are very welcoming and pleasant. Treat all residents with dignity and respect. My only comment on rooms is I wish all had an ensuite but understand the limitations and cost.

Excellent care from day one of arriving here. My brother-in-law enjoyed his food and put weight on. Staff very caring they earn every penny they get, should be more. I really appreciate the care they give him. Is being looked after very well and they make him as comfortable as possible.

The staff are very good. Agency staff should not be used, the ones that have been there are lazy. A lot of the agency staff are not English so residents find it hard to understand them. They can come across as abrupt or rude. Shouldn't use agency cooks also. Day staff work very hard. I don't know about the night staff. The management in the office are always helpful.

Lovely care home. All the staff are amazing in the care they give to the residents. My nan has settled in so well. The home is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have my mum and dad in Flower Park. Mum has dementia so is upstairs and dad is downstairs. From the day we arrived, we have been made to feel like part of the family! The staff are extremely, caring and hard-working they constantly strive to maintain a good quality of life for all residents. We really appreciate what you all work so hard to achieve and we thank you.

The staff at Flower Park are second to none. They treat the residents with care, love and respect. They also treat families inclusively involving them in everything to do with the residents. I would not hesitate to recommend Flower Park to anyone.

To be honest with you, I don't know where we would be without Flower Park and the amazing staff, Mum was lost after she lost Dad after 62 years together. She found a new way of life when she moved here, she is very happy living here and she is joining in with things that she never did before, the team at Flower Park have been so accommodating and helpful getting Mum through probably the toughest time in her life. I visit Mum quite regularly and it's always nice to walk into Flower Park, it's a friendly, helpful, loving and cheerful atmosphere, the staff always go above and beyond. Flower Park has been a godsend to Mum and all the family. I couldn't have chosen better if I'd have chosen myself. Thank you to everyone involved 1st Class.

My experience with Flower Park has been amazing, the staff can't do enough for you. They have been there when I have been quite emotional and helped me with different situations. I can not praise them enough.

My husband living at Flower Park couldn't be in a better place. He was able to walk before going in hospital and came out unable to stand. Flower Park with their persistence, he can now walk a few steps with the aid of a walker. The staff are excellent special people. Nothing is too much trouble. If l had to go in a home Flower Park would be for me.

The home is friendly, clean and all the staff actually speak to you when you visit and this is a refreshing change for a happy place. Family happy and settled and they always make you feel welcome and offer you a drink whilst visiting. I am so happy they are settled and it is comforting to know that they are very well looked after.

What can I say about this wonderful place that hasn't already been said? We were more than happy with the care our mum had in Flower Park Care Home over the last 2 years. The staff were so considerate and always went the extra mile. The entertainment that was put on was truly amazing, Mum always enjoyed it. It's clean, friendly and most of all the care and effort that was put in by the staff is 2nd to none. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and we hope you enjoy the garden furniture that we have so humbly donated. Regards to you all.

We visit Flower Park Care Home regularly and have for the past few years and always find the care home clean and tidy. All staff are polite caring and friendly, if we have any concerns we can approach staff. Very friendly environment.
