My sister is very happy ,she is very well looked after and the staff are very caring it's a lovely home thank you for looking after her !

Warm and comfortable accommodation, friendly caring staff attending to all our mums needs. Our mum is very happy and so are we with the care she receiving and she has made many friends while being in Ladyfield

My wife is treated with care, respect and compassion. The meals are good and well cooked. Plenty of activities are provided to keep her alert and entertained. The premises are maintained well and kept clean and tidy

Dad moved into Ladyfield in December 2023, he has been happier there and more settled. The staff are 100% dedicated to looking after the people in their care. I'm really happy we found Ladyfield for Dad. Thank you to you all.

All the staff were very friendly and informative about the care of my uncle. They have great knowledge of the care that is needed for him and take good care of all his needs.

Excellent care home, clean and tidy, friendly and kind staff always on hand to help and support residents. Nan is always clean and smell-free when visited and always gets out of bed for her breakfast.

My mother is well cared for. I find all the staff are kind and patient, always smiling and very helpful. Mum's room is always clean and tidy. Feel reassured my mum is in this care home.

Excellently run and all the staff are amazing. Superbly clean and there are no smells anywhere like the other care home she was last in. They go above and beyond to help and look after my mum.

We can always be sure of a warm welcome at Ladyfield. The staff are cheerful and hard-working - they never stop! We are impressed by how well the staff know the residents. The cleanliness of the home is outstanding in all areas and we hear very good reports on the food. We are so happy with the care at Ladyfield.

We are so pleased that we found this care home for Dad. We live a distance away, and the staff have been so flexible and understanding when we have needed to visit outside normal visiting hours. The staff are clearly invested in Dad. We are confident that he is well cared for 24/7 and this gives us huge peace of mind.

Although my father was always reluctant to go into care, the best decision made was for him to go into Ladyfield House. He spent four happy, comfortable months there. He was looked after by an excellent team. The manager was always available to talk to and her support staff ensured that my father was always clean, well-fed and looking better dressed (clean clothes every day) than he had been for a long time whilst insisting on looking after himself at home. He had two stays in hospital during his time at Ladyfield and was always welcomed back by a happy, smiling staff. During his last few days, he was cared for with dignity and understanding. My family and I were also looked after tremendously during a very sad time. I really cannot thank everybody who works at Ladyfield enough. What a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Thank you.

I felt I had to write to thank every single member of the spectacular Ladyfield team for their unwavering compassion, love and care they gave to my 98-year-old grandmother over the many years she was staying at Ladyfield. Totally trustworthy, professional and supportive, my grandmother wanted for nothing. The expert care and attention to detail were quite exceptional and the palliative and end-of-life care given was second to none. The team are truly amazing. As a family, we will forever be grateful for everything you did, for her and us - Thank you!

My father was accepted here for respite after coming out of hospital way too soon, all rushed, but the care home took my dad in and have been great really in the six weeks he has been here and he is now going home, thanks again to everyone.

We looked at a number of care homes for mum and after an interview/meeting and checking reviews we chose Ladyfield. That was July 2018 and we’ve never looked back. I have nothing but praise for the whole team, they are so welcoming to visitors and attentive to the residents. Mum’s care has been second to none. She’s been entertained by visiting performers and events held by Ladyfield staff. The building is secure and extremely well-maintained. I’m so happy that Mum is happy and safe.
