Great, welcoming home. Fantastic staff and management. Such a warm, homely and happy Christmas feel around the entire building. It makes it feel like home from home. I love walking in to visit and see everyone's smiling face.

My mother was cared for here for three months before passing. The care she received was marvellous and the overall experience was five-star from her point of view and that of the family who visited regularly. Care homes generally have a bad press but honestly, I can't find fault with the wonderful care my mother received throughout her stay here. Thank you to all the team, from reception staff to nursing staff and the gardeners/maintenance team.

Beautiful home, exceptional garden. Staff are amazing, caring and polite. The manager is always on hand for all queries.

We were so relieved to be able to book my mother-in-law into Mulberry Court for a week's respite care following an operation. You don't know what you don't know do you? When someone who has been independent has a few weeks of not being so, you really don't know what to expect. Staff at Mulberry Court were really flexible about dates and the level of service that would be needed, and in the end, luckily my mother-in-law didn't need nursing, just lots of support. Staff were really sensitive and helpful with dressings, meds (including liaising with her own doctor who is out of the area) personal care, and just being chatty and friendly whilst she got back on her feet (quite literally!). I would recommend Mulberry Court for its friendliness, flexibility and attention to detail. And very nice cakes in reception!

My dad has been at Barchester Mulberry Court Care Home for ten months now. We, as a family, can't fault all they do for my father and his health and well-being have been so much better since he came to Mulberry last July. The staff have been brilliant and I can't thank them enough for looking after my dad and also taking care of my mum who visits every day.

Barchester Mulberry Court Care Home is a fabulous home. I've been visiting my husband for eight months and it's like a second family to me. I can't praise the staff and management enough, the food's good, the care's good and I can go home after visiting knowing my husband's safe and happy. First-class. The staff not only care for my husband but look after me as well.

If you're struggling to find a care home, Mulberry Court is the one! My nana loves living here, the care she receives is amazing, nothing is too big for them to do! They make families feel very at home, also keep you up to date with all the changes that happen with your family member.

I can't recommend Mulberry Court enough. The care my dad has received is excellent, also the support myself, my brother, and especially my mum have received, has been exemplary, especially from the unit manager. Also a special mention to the home manager, who has been great in all aspects of my dad's care. Excellent home ... highly recommended.

The experience I had from the first phone call, email and face-to-face meeting was amazing! I was reassured, by the professional and friendly way my queries were answered, that the care my father would receive would be of a high standard. I loved the way all staff looked happy, they were spotlessly clean and well-presented. Every staff member has a smile and goes about their difficult jobs with enthusiasm, not seen in every home. The home was odour-free, the food great and the care exemplary. I feel extremely lucky that I found Barchester Mulberry Court Care Home for my father. It was a massive stress reliever to know he was being cared for so well and in such a lovely place. I can’t recommend it highly enough or say enough thank yous to the staff who took such great care of him in his last days.

Our auntie moved in after a fall breaking he arm and hip. We looked at many homes and found this one was the one we thought was best for her and it was for her short stay. The staff made her at home and looked after her so well till unfortunately, she passed away, everyone was wonderful throughout. Thanks again.

Our relative came to Mulberry Court for respite care and unfortunately passed away after only a few weeks with them. During the time she was with the home the staff were very understanding and kept in touch with us between our visits. She was looked after by everyone with care, compassion and understanding. Each and every member of staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately, she did not get the chance to be fully involved in all the brilliant activities the home offered.

My father spent a week at Barchester Mulberry Court Care Home and he was really well looked after. I was very impressed with the care and kindness shown by all staff to my dad and that they were all so friendly when we visited. As a registered nurse myself, it was so nice to know that Dad was in a safe and comfortable place being looked after by the super staff. My dad developed a chest infection after a few days but a prompt referral for medical advice meant he received antibiotics and treatment quickly and he recovered well. His room was clean and comfortable and the food looked very tasty! Having a really good respite facility available is vital for my mum so that she can have a break as she is Dad’s full-time carer.

We have nothing but positive comments for this care home. The manager arranged care for my dad at very short notice and went above and beyond to ensure he was settled and well looked after. The facilities are excellent and the rooms are bright and comfortable. We feel really lucky that our dad got to spend time at Mulberry Court Care Home and would highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff.

My mum has been at Mulberry Court Care Home now for about eighteen months and she is very happy there. The only thing that bothers her is if someone tries to move her out.

Mulberry Court Care Home provided essential end-of-life care for my mum. From the initial visit through to the last, the warm and compassionate environment was welcoming. Knowing that nursing care and regular visits from other medical professionals were easily available was a comfort. Also, the wider care team delivered personal care with empathy and understanding. The home is friendly and comfortable and has activities for residents, a hairdresser and a garden with plenty of wildlife for a mindful distraction for all to enjoy.

My family and I are very grateful to the staff at Mulberry Court Care Home for the kindness and care that they gave to my mum during her stay there, and also for the support that they gave to us. Our experience of Mulberry Court Care Home has been completely positive and are very glad that mum was able to spend her last few weeks there.
