All staff go "Above and beyond" in their care of my mother who has complex needs and exhibits challenging behaviour . I was concerned when mother had to leave her long term residential home due to her advancing Dementia, that her needs may not be met, however I have found the care At Aspen Court to be exemplary.

From my experience during visits, residents receive a high standard of care. My stepfather took a little while to settle in but is becoming accustomed to his new environment and speaks highly of the care provided.

Aspen Court came highly recommended before Mam became a resident. The carers are exceptional and they treat the residents like family. I could not wish for better care. The staff go above and beyond for the residents and their families. They are always available to chat and reassure me if I have any concerns. There is always a cheerful atmosphere and it gives peace of mind to know that all Mam's needs are met. She is so happy and settled and is always telling me the ladies looking after her are all lovely. I can't thank the staff and manager enough for all they do.

My Mother has been a resident for over 12 months and has received fantastic care. She's so happy, warm, clean, tidy and very well-fed. She loves the team of staff that takes great care of her day and night. There is a lovely homely feel about the place. I felt this from day one, every staff member here cares and is so friendly it's not for show because I'm there it's how it is every day. The staff make a huge fuss over every single resident they have so patient and caring people. I regard them all as an excellent example of how you look after your loved ones. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My mum's stay in Aspen Court was spectacular. The dedication and care of the staff, not just to my mum who needed feeding by hand and all her personal care was way beyond the norm and I know care homes well. Furthermore, the staff went out of their way to accommodate myself and my sister's cultural needs and of course those of my mum in a most kind and sensitive way. I can honestly say went way beyond anything one could have expected. The home has a positive vibe with positive people running it. Her medicines were always looked after and they never ran out. They were on top of her health issues (myriad ones) at all times. We felt my mum was safe even when we were not around and had full confidence in the care and the carers. My mum often said (and she did not speak a lot) ''The staff really care for me''. She did not say that in the other home! Another point is the size of the rooms which are massive compared to other homes which were great with massive wheelchairs and other equipment.

My mother has been a resident at Aspen Court for 7-8 months and we have had such a positive experience. The nurses fed her with great patience and took care of her personal needs with dignity and respect. Her religious and cultural needs as well as those of visiting family members were accommodated with understanding and a friendly attitude was shown throughout. The home is kept clean and fresh and the room was large, bright and airy. Senior Nurses were proactive in their care, listened attentively to any concerns raised and took necessary action in a timely manner. On the rare occasions where an error crept in, a genuine apology was made and management staff ensured corrections were put in place to avoid a repeat. I was in the home on average 2-3 times a day and walked the corridors on many of those visits, and not once did I hear a nurse or carer speak to a resident with disrespect or impatience! We will remain forever grateful for all that they have done for us!

I could not have wished for a better place for my mam in her last few months. The care she got was outstanding I was nervous about her going into care but my worries soon vanished my mam had a great bond with some of the staff but she did love them all. I visited her every day at different times and the staff was there for her it put my mind at ease when I couldn't get in I knew she was taken care of. The staff were lovely to me as well as my mam and for that, I am very grateful.

My grandma spent her last few months in this care home. The staff were amazing. She built up lovely relationships with a few of them. They all treated her with dignity, kept us all informed of any treatments and they could not be faulted. When my grandma passed away they were all there for support and were genuinely upset. I would highly recommend this care home.

My Dad has been a resident on all three floors of Aspen Court and I have to say he's had exceptional care everywhere he has been. All members of the team treat him like one of their own. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aspen Court to anyone looking for care for their families. A lovely place to be.

The manager and all the staff day and night and staff nurses hairdresser and chiropody team did a brilliant job looking after Mam, helping her to eat, drink, wash, dress, and keep her nice and comfortable in the last few months of her life during palliative care and end of life care.

The staff and management were absolutely marvellous. They couldn't do enough for my sister whilst in their care. They made her feel safe and comfortable in all respects. She loved being in the home for the short while she was there. My sincere thank you for everyone at Aspen Court.

Excellent staff, could not do enough for me and my family to celebrate mine and my husband's 60th wedding anniversary. They also look after my husband with care and dignity. They always make you welcome when my family and I go to visit him, they are really nice.

My mother stayed at Aspen Court Care Home from December 2023 until she passed away in January 2024 and I could not have wished for a better place for her. The home itself is clean and modern and the staff are always cleaning to keep it as pristine as possible. The staff were very open, welcoming, and friendly. They showed us all the facilities and made sure we were comfortable ourselves. Even though my mother was bedridden throughout her stay, the team did everything they could to make her comfortable and happy. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. There simply aren't any negatives to Aspen Court and I couldn't recommend it enough.

Our mother was in Aspen Court from January to November 2023. Throughout her time there, she was safe, clean, well-fed and treated with nothing but dignity and kindness by all members of staff. The environment is clean and pleasant and the staff, in particular, are wonderful, kind, caring and professional. We are so happy that we chose Aspen as her final home because we had complete faith she was well cared for.

From the moment we arrived the staff at Aspen Court were amazing, for the first time in what seemed like forever we were finally at ease with the care of our relative. Nothing is ever a problem or inconvenience, care and compassion is at the heart of everything they do and we can’t thank them enough for everything.

In the short time my mam was living at Aspen Court, she was very well cared for. Every member of staff was always warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are nicely furnished, spacious, clean and comfortable.

My mother was in Aspen Court Care Home from February 2023 until she passed away in September 2023. Although bedridden the whole period, she always looked comfortable every time the family visited. The care home is exceptionally clean and seems to have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff were professional, caring, compassionate, approachable and always readily available to speak to for information regarding my mother. I can't thank them enough for the quality care they gave my mother.

Cannot fault the service and level of care in Aspen Court. My dad had been in and out of hospital for weeks before being admitted, initially just for an assessment, now he is so settled, calm and content and we’re delighted to have secured a long-term placement for him. The facilities, staff, and more importantly, the atmosphere is lovely.

My partner passed away in July after spending 2andhalf years in Aspen Court. P would like to thank all the staff from domestic up to management for the caregiving to him while he was there. Especially during his last few weeks, the care, respect and dedication you gave him was second to none. Thank you all once again from the bottom of my heart.

My dad passed away following complex physical and mental issues while under the care of Aspen Court. The nursing staff were amazing in supporting my dad through this and subsequently in talking with family members. Critically, the nursing staff did their very best for him in his last hour, showing compassion, kindness and excellence of care, ensuring her was treated with dignity and was not alone. Thank you from all of his family for this kind support.
