Fantastic the lengths you go to to accommodate my mam. The care she gets is round the clock and we are so grateful for the wonderful care she gets.

Absolutely fantastic experience since my great-nana came in. She is cared for well and it's clear how happy and comfortable she is. She is always telling us when she's had her hair done or sausages for breakfast. It's great to see her so content and doing so well at 101 and that's down to the staff here looking after her 24/7. Also to add, the the staff provide so much support to my nana and auntie, making sure they know exactly what is going on and take care of every detail. Seriously a 10/10 for them all.

Happy with care Mam is receiving. Choice at mealtimes is very good. Would like more activity upstairs (dementia) to keep residents mentally stimulated. All staff very helpful/caring/attentive.

Me and my son come to visit my nana every day when we come on holiday to South Shields, The staff at Barchester Harton Grange Care Home are all amazing ladies and gentlemen who are fantastic at their job. I feel at ease when I'm not in South Shields because I know she's being cared for properly. We love coming to see her.

My mother is very well looked after. Polite staff. Help there for my mam as she needs it. Wouldn't want her in any other home and the activities co-ordinator is brilliant. 10 out of 10 for him. Lovely grounds and rooms.

Harton Grange Care Home is a fantastic place, couldn't ask for better. Everybody is so kind and caring. My mam is so happy here and so am I. Very pleased with all the staff and management.

Harton Grange is a lovely home. It has plenty of staff who look after and care for Mam. There are plenty of activities for them to enjoy. A beautiful garden to sit in and enjoy the sunshine with ice cream. The entertainment is appreciated, they are very good at their job and the carers are very focussed on all residents.

Great home, very happy with all areas. My mam's first home and she is very happy and settled. Love the rapport the staff have with her. 5 stars.

Harton Grange is a lovely place, my nana loves every day. She loves going out to different places on the minibus.

Can't fault the home. It's like a home from home, loving, caring staff. All staff looked after my mam excellently. Would recommend this home to everyone.

Barchester Harton Grange Care Home is excellent. A warm welcome always from all staff/manager. All staff are approachable with any queries the family may have. My father has only been here a short while. His Alziehmers is in the late stages now but he has settled in well. His previous care home was horrendous. At Harton Grange, they have activities on always throughout the week/weeks. Dad is reluctant sometimes to be washed and dressed but staff have already recognised when he is fully awake he's fine. So very happy that Dad is being cared for here, stress-free.

My review of Harton Grange is that the staff and management are fabulous. They listen, they care and go beyond the call of duty. I feel safe that my father is cared for, he is well, has wonderful meals and is entertained. The day trips have been amazing and Dad was recalling (in his own way) how fantastic the museum day trip was, he loved it, loved the bus ride and enjoys the company. We as a family are very day surprised at the effort put in by staff, it's 5 stars. Very, very happy.

After over sixty years of married life together I was dreading being apart from my husband. Harton Grange was recommended to me by a friend who had a family member at Harton Grange. I am absolutely delighted with the level of service by all the staff, the management, carers, cleaners, kitchen staff and maintenance team are so helpful and attentive to all the residents. It gives me great comfort knowing that my husband is in good hands and so well looked after.

After living by himself for a number of years, my father asked to move into care. Since moving into Barchester Harton Grange Care Home, his overall well-being has improved tremendously. He feels sage and secure and has started to interact with others. The care home is spotless, well-lit and lovely and warm. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble and they are excellent with the residents. It is a huge relief to know he is safe, happy and contented.

My father-in-law has only been a resident here for a short time but has settled in really well. From our first visit to look around, we have been impressed by the lovely staff who fin nothing too much trouble. The facilities, activities are excellent. We feel we have made the right choice for our relative.

Very happy with the care my mother receives in Barchester Harton Grange Care Home. Have peace of mind as the carers and management have her best interests in mind at all times. She is happy here.

Barchester Harton Grange Care Home is a fabulous care home. The staff are all amazing and are wonderful carers. They are not only "carers", they actually "care". I would not hesitate in recommending this home to friends. The home is well-managed and immaculately clean.

The staff are always on hand to help my mam's needs, nothing is ever a problem. The home is beautifully decorated and very homely. The home is clean and well-maintained. The activities are excellent for the residents.
