View Full Details of Piper CourtKindest staff, very professional, looking after my friend.
Mam has been unwell for 5 months and all the staff have been amazing. They have involved her as much is possible. They have been amazing, from the new manager to all staff members. They have gone above and beyond, always smiling. Nothing is any trouble, no matter how many times I ask for help with my mam.
I am very pleased with the standard of care and treatment my father has received. The staff treat my father with respect and is always treated with compassion and dignity. The staff are very friendly and approachable, and always have a smile for both family and residents. My father is my mother's world, and have appreciated the support and care they offer my mother on visits.
The staff are very caring and look after my dad really well. He is getting to know more residents due to visiting the garden (which is lovely). I think this is making his stay better for him. The staff are welcoming, patient, and polite, but most of all very friendly and relaxed around him making him smile and laugh. Lovely facility.
I find that it is a really lovely place, everyone welcome. If you have a problem it is dealt with straight away.
Piper Court is such a lovely care home, with the most wonderful staff. It was so nice that my dad was so well cared for. It's kept immaculately clean and the food is excellent. It's the first time my dad has enjoyed staying in a care home and it's pure peace of mind knowing he is happy and cared for. Many, many thanks to each and every member of staff!
From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left everyone, and I mean everyone, was friendly and accommodating and couldn't do enough for my mother and also our family. No complaints about anyone or anything. Facilities at the home were good, meals varied and regular drinks and snacks offered. Piper Court has a great team and a lot to be proud of. Well done.
Always made to feel very welcome when visiting my dad. If I ever have any concerns or queries regarding dad the staff act very promptly and always give feedback on the actions taken.
My experience with Piper Court is 100 per cent. They can't do enough for their patients. Would recommend it to anyone.
My experience at my care home is fulfilling rewarding and safe.
The room is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and helpful. My dad seems to be happy with the care he is receiving. There has been concerns that his room is too far away from the office and staff because he does fall over. They suggested they have him closer to the office where they can get to him quickly but this has not been done yet.
I looked at a few care homes before settling for this one. After a visit to have a look around, this one seemed to have all that we wanted. My father would have company, nice surroundings and most of all be safe and secure. Happy with the care he has had up to date.
I'm very pleased with the care home.
Despite the current lockdown situation and not being able to visit, the staff have kept us up to date with developments on visiting procedures. They implemented the use of an iPad to WhatsApp clients. It appears that there has been an increase in activities to try and keep clients/residents from becoming lonely with not being able to see relatives face to face.
I find this care home very friendly and caring and know that my Aunt is being well cared for.
Mostly my experience has been positive I don't think COVID19 has helped and has certainly stretched all the skills of the staff team. However, I feel that the staff team have coped well given the challenges they have encountered. The main thing for me is that my mam has remained settled there. Hopefully, now the new manager is in place there will be more consistency in their approach to care given.
Where do I begin- from the moment my Dad was admitted into Piper Court the care and compassion he received was unremarkable, nothing at all was too much trouble. Every staff member who looked after my Dad went above and beyond the call of duty. Unfortunately, my Dad was only in here just under two weeks before he passed but the care he received was unremarkable. I cannot praise the staff here enough.
Very poor care, not enough staff. More often short-staffed. No support from the manager, never see her and cannot get an appointment, more interested in her dog.
I would like daycare and a little chapel and little meetings and a nurse to try and stop me being ill too much, it's been a long time and I've lost a lot of time. I also would like to have a wheelchair and somebody to wheel me about as my walking is not good. Could you have a carer to check on my flat now and then? I also would like a doctor to visit sometimes. I would like him to try another x-ray on me again providing I'm still in the care home for a while I do need care badly.
I find the staff very helpful and friendly most of the time.
