View Full Details of Yohden Hall Care ComplexDad has been here just over a year and we cannot find fault with the care my dad has received in that time. Staff, food, care, cleanliness. He is 96 and with that age come plenty of problems, but they get through it with plenty of smiles. Many thanks to all concerned.
Care home is very clean and does not smell. Security is good - you sign in and out. All staff are friendly and efficient and very approachable. Plenty of activities ongoing, garden areas well maintained. Management will address any concerns promptly. Rooms are bright and clean. Serve lovely meals and plenty of choice. Maintenance staff act quickly to do jobs required.
From what I have seen I am very happy that Dad can be cared for in this home. The staff seem genuinely caring and seem valued by managers for what they do. The staffing levels seem to meet the requirements of residents well.
My brother has only been living in your care a short while he is so happy, the staff and management are so friendly, kind and willing to help in any way they can, nothing is a problem. When I visit my brother I feel so happy to see him talking to staff and residents, the staff have so much respect for the residents and treat them as family.
Staff at Yohden Hall are a tight knit team - very professional, caring and helpful in every department. I have complete trust in all the staff. It gives me peace of mind to know that my husband is getting the best care and attention. My husband is shown great respect and dignity. He is always clean, neat and tidy.
Lovely complex with lovely staff. My uncle loves the complex and is very well looked after.
Very friendly staff and residents well looked after.
Lovely place, staff are very lovely.
I cannot thank everyone enough for the care, kindness, understanding, encouragement, support and wonderful friendly rapport during my lengthy stay for recuperation in Yohden Hall. Although invited, I did not take part in any of the recreational activities. My only slightly negative comment would be about the electric bed which was not suited to my height. I frequently slid down the bed, resting in the hollow in the centre of the bed mattress, resulting in my feet pressing against the foot panel. I have not commented on the value for money as all has been funded by the NHS and social services.
The staff at Yohden Hall were excellent in all manner of taking care of my brother and also looking after us on our visits. They all work together as a team and excel in the duties of care towards all their patients. My brother really enjoyed being in Yohden Hall and made many friends with a lot of the staff members and other residents as well. We highly recommend this care home for its outstanding care given by the staff to all patients and visitors. A big thank you.
My brother has received first-class care whilst in Yohden Hall, he is treated with dignity and his care needs are 100% provided. The staff are so friendly which gives me confidence knowing he is in good hands.
In my experience, I have no complaints about Yohden Hall Care Complex. The staff are great and my wife is well cared for.
Staff are very caring and helpful. They could not do enough for my father-in-law.
Always very friendly and helpful. Could not find abetter, very accommodating with meals.
The home overall is a pleasant friendly place to visit. Entertainment staff try to meet the needs of the clients. My gran has a lovely room with a view which she often sits and watched the comings and goings of the home. Staff are always welcoming and friendly when visiting, The only thing I would say is there seems to be a lack of staff in a lot of different places which I think is so sad as clients would benefit from constant familiar faces to gain a rapport and trust.
Always have a good experience when visiting the home.
Lovely, pleasant care home. Always a nice welcome when I visit my gran. Always seems to be plenty of activities on downstairs for residents. If I had to say something negative it would be that there doesn't seem to be enough staff at times.
Management and staff are very pleasant and caring. Activities, my brother does not get involved, he seems to have no motivation at all. The food seems to be very good and overall care is good.
He says he's happy and well looked after, which makes me feel better about him being here. All the staff are pleasant and helpful.
Present staff are good. Unfortunately, shortage in care homes.
