I have been visiting Hillbury for over 18 months on a monthly basis. I have always found the staff to be caring and considerate and helpful when I have had any questions. Yes, it's a busy environment but I have never had any reason to question the staff or managements commitment or dedication. I feel confident that my sister is in a safe environment and have seen evidence of staff responding to her individual needs. I am always greeted cheerfully when visiting and offered tea or coffee or even lunch.

Some skills are poor, one carer does not know what the other has done and they don't communicate with families as promised and forget what the families tell them. No empathy, only rushing shifts, not sure what's gone where. They need to get their ship in order. It's a shame they don't listen if a person feels ill. Not qualified enough, the place is OK but a lonely place. Some staff are agitated. Could be run better and staff more understanding about health. They are not friendly, not to family concerns, re. family members being there.
