My wife, who was diagnosed with dementia in 2020, became a resident at Rhosyn Melyn after spending some time in the hospital. I was very cautious after the poor care at the hospital. I was overwhelmed by the outstanding care and dignity that my wife received from the management and staff at Rhosyn Melyn. The respect and dignity shown to her and myself on her passing was exemplary. I recommend this care home to anyone who requires outstanding care for their loved ones. Thank you to all management and staff at Rhosyn Melyn.

My father has been a resident of Rhosyn Melyn since December 2023. Initially he was in the Residential section but then was moved to Nursing in January 2024. I would highly recommend both areas. The staff are compassionate, kind, considerate, professional and the best I have encountered. Not only do they care for my father with the utmost respect, but they are also a great support to myself. It hasn't been easy to step away and let someone else care for him, but I have complete trust in them all to give him the support and care he requires. I have witnessed the extent of care that is given to not only my father, but also other residents. I can say, hand on heart, it is excellent. The current management are amazing! I was dubious about sending Dad here, bad reviews etc from many years ago, but I have no concerns in any way. This is his forever home. I highly recommend Rhosyn Melyn to anyone who is looking for a Care Home for their loved one.

Having been a resident of Rhosyn Melyn, my dad recently passed away there which the experience compels me to write. The compassion, dignity and respect he was shown during and after he passed away and the same respect and consideration given to us the family was quite humbling. It is warming to know this level of care still exists from the management and all the staff who mucked in to assist in every way at a very sad time. It's not the building that makes a good home, it's all the people in it.

Would definitely recommend this care home. They took fantastic care of my Grandma and Grandad. Thank you all so much. Rest in peace both.

I would like to express my thanks for the care of my mother for the past 14 years. When she passed they look after the residents as their own. I can't thank them enough.
